Series of mini paintings depicting the Sagrada Familia from different perspectives

Acrylic, gouache, pastels and wax. It was quite interesting to apply my methods on such small scale. But also I earned small but very inconvenient finger trauma working on them

I've prepared a few canvases for further work. I plan to work on them tomorrow, near the Sagrada Familia. We'll see how it turns out.

They both do already have some similarity with some of the Bernard Frize's paintings

There’s a lot happening there. And even though I finished this painting almost a year ago, I still struggle with the same intense contradiction.

Rejection and embrace, sharp and mild, corrosive acid and dance of shadows, the cosmic emptiness and the human soul. I hope painting will make sense to you.

Pretty innovative in relation to my other works

Although I personally believe that this painting rather imitates some styles, an experienced eye will be able to discern a synthesis of the recognized visuals and my interpretation. So despite my own self-questioning about authenticity this work has quite a right to exist. However, maybe I'm just already soured...

Extremely evil and greedy work. It's not about what it really is. It's just that such exuding inevitably causes projection in the negating traits. Well, down the line, it's energy, and there's plenty of it here

I didn’t disappear, although I quite distant lately.

I'm exploring crayon techniques, pastels and wax both, so have been spending less time on digital. I think the results will be seen later.

More and more often I am puzzled by the problem of colour reproduction on different screens. Probably not the newest feeling here, however, as I think I have managed to reach some kind of consensus with the work intact.

Primer layer is actually gouache (and acrylic)

There are far to many routes to find figures in this work, but in fact it was kinda conceived for this purpose. Perhaps first thing one sees is landscape with hills and rivers or monolith in the fields. Then comes a creature that resembles an old testament angel. Of course, there are dancing silhouettes in beautiful dresses, and faces with frightening grimaces. If you dig deeper, you may see the interactions between unknown beasts and fishes or observe wondrous plants. Or maybe you'll find something of your own at all.

There is no right interpretation here, all these are just keys that allow you to begin to perceive what is behind this painting. All the images are in our minds, and the meaning is transcendental ._.
