I really hate how this fandom has prevented me from being excited for anything that happens. I want to be so excited for this documentary and get to see more Louis content and a deeper look behind the scenes of tour and making the album but like with every “event” that happens I can’t stop the little annoying scratch at the back of my brain telling me to not get too excited

i get the nerves. i do! but also, try not to let others prevent you from being excited about something that you’re more than expected to be excited about. it’s a music documentary! with tour! with louis content! with his own thoughts! directed by charlie! in cinemas! it’s meant to be exciting. i don’t like to wring my hands about things i know nothing about bc i’ve done that so much in the past with fandom, and for my own sanity and experience here i just try not to worry about things i have no control over or know the content of. it’ll be what it’ll be, but regardless there is so much content coming and we’ll be seeing him on the big screen in a film he’s been making for such a long time that’s so important to him. so yeah i understand the nerves 100% (especially with things that have happened in the past) and people can post about/feel how they want yk but don’t let this fandom or anyone else make you feel bad for being excited or make you pull back on expectations. be happy and excited about new content. never be ashamed for feeling that way 🤍
