If having your bus blowing up right in front of you, on your first day of school, isn't an exciting way to start a new school year, then I don't know what is!
According to news report, a school bus carrying 7th & 8th graders blew up yesterday (Aug. 23, 2011). Yeah, literally blew up . . . exploded, as in "burst into flame and went KA-BOOM!"
No one was hurt, fortunately; so no need to feel guilty about having a good time out of this. All students and the bus driver escaped the bus safely thanked to their well-practiced evacuation drills.

Taking "kawaii-ness" to a whole new level, depending on the signals decoded by the built-in brainwave sensors, the ears can twitch, wriggle, stand up, lay down, and . . . well, you know what, a picture worth a thousand words and a video worth a thousand pictures, just watch the video.
Holy darn! I can already imagine a long line of anime otaku people who love furry cuteness, waiting to buy a few of these for themselves and/or their life-size dolls girlfriends, hahaha.

To summarize the story, a girl was so bored in her class that she yawned so hard . . . that her jaw dislocated, making her unable to close her mouth. (As the editor at Giz called it, "A perfect blend of hilarity and suffering.")
Luckily (or unluckily?), she has a rather creative doctor.
Her clever doctor's solution? Literally jam as many popsicle sticks as possible into her gaping maw until her jaw muscles exhausted themselves from the pressure, and snapped her skull back into its proper place.
Isn't medicine AWESOME? Too bad I am in pharmacy, :-(
From a pessimist's view: Wait, did he graduate from high school? If he did, I am worry about our country's education system. Besides that, how the hell did he obtain the gun anyway? At a toy store? I'm worry about our children.
From an optimist's view: Well, seems like robbers aren't usually the smart ones. Makes me feel safer all the sudden! And hey, at least our education aren't producing smart robbers.
From a realist's view: Ah, here's a great lesson. Before doing something big that may affect my life forever, I should at least give whatever ideas in my head a trial run in a safe environment first (maybe in my room or somewhere like that).
Today, internet is part of everyday speech. Back in the 1990s, they had to explain to the "normal" people what "internet" is.
And in year 3000, we would have chips in our brains that give all of us photographic-memory capability. Then again, this is assuming human still exists 1000 years from now.
