i did less sport than i wanted bc i got my period (finally), it’s gonna be that way for the next two days i think
got my period after my morning workout so i try to eat light bc my pain meds make me so sick
• 1 orange ~ 86
• protein bar before my second workout ~ 185
• zero energy drink
• homemade smoothie ~ 88
Breakfast
• 1 greek yogurt ~ 133
• 1 banana ~ 134
• 15g of protein ~ 57
• 5g oats ~ 19
Total ~ 341
i never put oats usually that’s why there’s so little i wanted to try
morning workout done!
i think more like 200-250 cals for the tabata one but it’s still fun
am i finally losing for real ✨
i just need to stop
just ate 2 cookies that are like 400 cals each so i’m gonna workout until midnight

my app tells me 50 cals but i’m gonna count 100
i heard abt metab day maybe i should try it like once a week?
just finished my morning workout i feel like i did hot pilate its so hot in my room
i was trying to imagine myself being like 10kg lighter but i can’t phantom an image of myself idk what i would look like even if i already being lighter i feel like this version of myself can’t exist idk if that makes sense
i think i’m gonna start blogging the meals and the workout i do to be accountable
