what are my doctors doing man!!
okay i had a lot more symbolism in mind compared to how it turned out but that's fine. the idea for this was the thought of robby and abbot only meeting each other fleetingly at work, in the turn overs between the day and night shifts. the flowers used are evening primroses for this reason.
perhaps in the future I'll explore it further; the thought of rabbot being so busy with work and barely having time for each other, but both silently yearning, is running laps around my head. hey these guys should go on a cruise together...
We have lost the meaning of queerbait
Just because what you wanted didn't happen, doesn't mean it's queerbaiting. It is now being used an excuse when the ship you want didn't get together. Queerbaiting has to do with marketing.
Queerbait: A cookbook that you learned about from ads with pictures of people eating tasty looking soups and the author's social media posts about how soup lovers are going to love it, proves to have no soup recipes.
Not queerbait: A cookbook has no soup recipes. You assumed there would be some based on vibes and wishful thinking. No soups were ever advertised or promised.
Also not queerbait: A cookbook that was advertised as containing soup recipes has soup recipes but not for the types of soups you like.
(this scene is why I watch this movie on Valentine's Day every year)

So because every time I make a Jesse post that gets traction, someone tends to comment on the fact that Ned Brower, the actor that portrays him, is a nurse, I've decided to make this post about the real life medical professionals in the cast of the Pitt.
Partly so more people will know about them but mostly because these are six characters that are seen in a solid majority of episodes, as they are typically in the Trauma rooms, and get next to no recognition since a large part of the fandom could not name these characters if they tried. And that seems wrong since (aside from Ned), they are also part of the Medical Technical Advisors that help nail down the realism of the show.
