Sometimes it’s fun to see how different a doll can look with just a different outfit and wig!
Sometimes, when I’m scrolling through pictures of dolls I like or want to buy, I think to myself about what it’ll be like to be older and collect bjds. Will I still buy them without humiliation at 40? Show off my collection at 60? Will I have many or few? The only downside to these thoughts are the panicky thoughts of “what about when I die??” and the meltdown that ensues afterward.

I buy BJD without humiliation all the time.
When you die your children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews whoever will get a booth at a doll and teddy bear show and talk to really nice people all day and sell your collection to people who will be excited to take home a little bit of your collection and add it to theirs

YouplaDolls is going to release a new MSD boy soon- her work is so beautiful. Atelier Murinae made a cute tiny mouse bjd. She is from Poland. Twilight Soul Dolls handcasts her dolls and takes commissions. She is from France and her work is Tim Burton inspired. You can find her on Etsy under the name Bibelin I think. I had a theme meet a couple of weeks ago, where I had to dressed up like my dolls… So I figured why not put a hijab on one of my girls and they dressed up like ME instead! I’m surprised they actually have the same cardigan like mine. :’) I actually really LOVE Zul in a hijab aaaaaaa

She is Maskcatdolls ooak Ronia. I already in love with the sculpt of Ronia for a long time and the white lace outfit set looks just stunning on her tan skin. I’m so in love……….
Did I mentioned that I impulse bought a MSD? No? Well I did xD
Me and Sandra had our stands directly across from Darak-i and their Remys were looking at us -all the time- .At the end of the day I caved in and bought her in normal skin, while Sandra bought her in medium tan xD
But she’s so freaking cute and such an awesome poser… her wrists don’t have that much movement, but everything else works perfectly fine :) I’m not 100% sure if she’ll really stay, but we’ll see about that. For now I’m calling her Remy (well yeah I’m super creative, am I?) until I find something better ;)
