Yes life is great when everything is going my way but what about in the middle of uncertainty? Finding my footing in the middle of really hard times takes conscious effort. I have to make myself meditate, pray and look for the light because everything in me wants to run, pull the covers over my head and wait it out. This morning in the middle of uncertainty I'm grounding myself in peace. Anytime today that I feel scared, I will get quiet and say a little prayer.
