Okay, so last year I was hanging out in the apartments across from the school with my friend Mary. Well we meet this cute guy named Skylar and hang out with him. Then she graduated and I stopped hanging out with him cause she was my only reason to go over there and she moved. Well apparently he had asked about me. Granted he was ENGAGED at the time. Last summer I kept running into him everywhere. First day of school, on my way home on the bus I coulda sworn I had seen him in my neighborhood, two minutes away from my house. Then I see him outside of my work Thursday night, we exchange numbers, and I find out that I did see him and that he lives two streets away from me. I went over to his house today, and we played chess (geeky...oh well) and then went back and forth and asked questions about each other and went on a walk to a park. He says this "It's like the universe is trying to bring us together". He's 21... And really funny and sweet. He's got a point. It's like the universe IS trying to tell us something. But I'm sure him and I are just overthinking it. There's no way. But maybe? I'm not sure. I mean, I like him, but I'm leaving soon. Is it worth a try? Do I give it a chance? (that's if I pass the tests he has) Or do I just blow it off???
