Anyways here’s all of my batfamily music head canons because I want to yap
Bruce Wayne: he would like The Smashing Pumpkins and Deftones and also Greg Puciato (woah what a deep pull everyone clap for me rn bc I’m niche) He’d also like The Cure and Life on Venus and SOAD. I think he would also have a soft spot for artists like Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald and he thinks about Harvey Dent while listening to them.
Dick Grayson: Teenage him really liked Three Days Grace and probably like Nine Inch Nails or something. After that he had a big glam rock phase because no one wears a v-neck that low without listening to David Bowie. He’s also definitely cried to multiple Conan Gray songs and listens to all of the pop legends. Beautiful, Dirty, Rich by Lady Gaga is a favorite of his.
Jason Todd: He listens to stuff that’s heavier, but not extremely so. I’m thinking like Megadeth, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet For My Valentine, and Slipknot. Heavy on the Slipknot. He’d probably like Trivium too, and also Chevelle and Disturbed. His guilty pleasure is Britney Spears, which is greatly influenced by Dick. And he probably likes Cowboy Like Me and The Lakes by Taylor Swift.
Tim Drake: as Robin he canonically he enjoys Oasis and Green Day. I think that he would listen to Give Me Novacaine / She’s a Rebel and think about himself and Stephanie. Later, towards his Red Robin era, he would start liking more bands like Pierce the Veil and Sleeping With Sirens and Falling In Reverse. And Ghost perhaps? He would also get into more progressive stuff like TOOL, Thank You Scientist, Seventh Wonder, and Wheel. He’d also like Muse and really anything that’s experimental. I imagine he enjoys staring at the ceiling as he listens to concept albums.
Stephanie Brown: She likes Olivia Rodrigo and Florence + The Machine and Paramore and Dead Sara. She would cry to Bone by The Grass Museum. She’d also like Mitski and Clairo and sadly I don’t really listen to the music I imagine her enjoying, so I don’t have any more examples. But mostly she likes Olivia Rodrigo and ESPECIALLY the new album right before she fakes her death.
Cassandra Cain: I think that her background with reading emotions would have a large impact on her music taste. Like, she prefers listening to songs in a language she doesn’t know or without words at all because she likes to immerse herself in the Vibes more than anything else. She’d also like A Perfect Circle and probably unironically listen to some grandson and Imagine Dragons songs. I’m sorry if this is the worst take you’ve ever heard but I feel it in my bones.
Damian Wayne: Disarm by The Smashing Pumpkins. Need I say more. I actually don’t think he’d listen to music very often but DEFINITELY Disarm by The Smashing Pumpkins. If you don’t know what I’m talking about go listen to it. And he’d probably like Faouzia (specifically her live stuff) but never tell a single soul about that.
