two headcanons you have for your character that you never told anyone
STRAY DOGS - Eve travels around a lot, and there are times where she’ll find stray animals, in particular dogs. If she can, she’ll usually try to give the dog a bit of food and gain its trust until she can drop it off at a no-kill shelter, or at the very least will call a rescue/shelter so they can try to save the dog with professional standards. There have been a few times where she nearly kept the dog, but knows being on the run and hunting for her father isn’t exactly a good lifestyle for an animal.
FAKE ID - So it’s not a surprise that Eve has ID’s with her face on it and completely random names (e.g. Suzanne Heather), but they also have her as twenty-one years old on them. She uses this to get into clubs and pubs, and basically to get away with underage drinking. She doesn’t go crazy on drinks, but she will have a few.
three things your character likes doing in their free time
BOXING - It keeps her fit and motivated, while also having that homely feel about it. Her foster mother, Laura, introduced her and taught her the sport, so the useful skill reminds her of the closest thing she every had to family.
INTERNET TUTORIALS - mainly for hacking in assistance to finding her father, but also she’s a human and gets distracted by the random stuff on the internet... like seven tricks you can do with balloons.
READ TRASH - Either on the internet or in magazines, Eve has a tendency to steer towards the articles like ‘21 times Tony Stark wore the Iron Man armour for no good reason’ or ‘Avengers lookalikes we all want to bang’. She knows fully well it’s all rubbish, but loves it anyway.
seven people that your character loves/likes
Alec Lightwood/Magnus Bane
BONUS Laura and Eloise Crossel
two things your character regrets
The first is how she feels that she didn’t spend enough time with Laura, her foster mother, and didn’t bond enough with her wife Eloise. They were the closest people she had to family she’d ever had, and the last for a long time, therefore leading to them being very important figures of love in her life. She spent a lot of her time boxing/trying to act like a normal kid in the environment that she forgot at times the reason why she was getting those chances; at least forgot until they were gone again.
Not asking about her father earlier and not pressing at all for information on her mother. Sure, she’s mad her mother gave her up basically as soon as she was born, but it would have helped her search for Grant if she’d known at least a name, and knows it’s far too late to ask S.H.I.E.L.D. for the name of her mom.
two phobias your character has
Losing the people she loves. This may be more of a recent development when she forms attachments again after being hidden for so long, but once she claims someone as her own, she, without realising it, instantly becomes terrified of losing them. Thanatophobia.
Being completely and utterly alone. In a crowd she’s fine, or knowing that people exist and are around her, but (for example) if she was stranded on a desert island alone she’d be petrified. With people around there’s a hope for something more, but complete isolation scares her. Autophobia.
