as far as i’m aware, the twilight saga ended in new moon when jacob and bella go to kiss after the cliff jumping scene.

So I'm halfway through reading Twilight (just finished new moon) and WHAT THE FUCK IS IS GOING ON

Reasons I think Stephanie Myers was on crack writing New Moon:

1. Bella had a full on personality transplant in this book. In the first one she is SO well written. Like, yes girl, go be a sarcastic but also hopelessly in love queen. But in New Moon her entire life just revolves around (spoiler alert) her sad little breakup with Edward. And I get the whole 'starcrossed lovers' thing I really do but I also think it was a bit quick.

2. WHY THE FUCK DID SHE MAKE JACOB SO LIKABLE?!!?!?!?!?!?! If he was supposed to be a kind of antagonistic love interest then make him, at least, slightly unlikable. It didn't even have to obvious. Instead, by the end of new moon I had zero respect for Bella (and even less for Edward)

3. I hate Edward. I never really liked him in the first book either (he kinda reminded me of those really annoying booktok guys) but now I REALLY don't like him. Like... how can you blame your girlfriend for thinking you don't love her when you fucking told her TO HER FACE that you want want her anymore? Riddle me that.

every headcanon is real to me. everything i reblog about twilight is real all at the same time. Bella's favourite colour is purple, but also it is orange. Bella and Edward are an unstable on-again-off-again eternal relationship, and simultaneously they are the most beautiful and eternal love story in the world. Bella and Alice are in love. Jasper and Bella are in love. Rosalie and Bella are in love. Alice is in love with Edward and living vicariously through Bella. Bella goes on a rampage and kills so many people out of boredom 60 years down the line. Bella has never slipped up once. Carlisle and Charlie are in love. Carlisle and Aro are in love. Leah imprints on Angela. Jake imprints on Bree Tanner. Jake never imprints. Jake falls in love normally. Bella and Jake have beautiful children together. Edward stalks her descendants. Bella joins the Volturi. Every headcanon is real. Probably not at the same time but maybe. Multiverses are so overdone but I don't care I love when things are overrated.
