Ok so this is my first ever fan fic so please go easy on me! Also if you see any mistakes like spelling or something like that PLEASE tell me so I can fix it. I’d really appreciate any tips or advice if you have any. Credits to the creators of MOTM @flygutzz and @nortsauce you should definitely check them and @myth-of-the-machine out!! (Fly was the one who made the art at the top so credits to them!) I should also say that this is not Canon! Bendystraw isn’t canon and neither is this story!!! INTRODUCTION:
It had been a month since Bendy and Boris encountered the cup-bros in the forest, and a week since they all met Shelly and Pebble. Now they’re all on a mission to find the Ink Machine! But Cuphead is starting to take notice of Bendy….

CHAPTER 1
Boris, Mugman, Cuphead, Shelly, and Pebble all followed Bendy as he read the map, which led them all to a small town.
Since everyone needed a break from walking, they all checked into a hotel that Boris spotted while they were walking.
With the help of some disguises that Shelly had made, they were able to get a room without the person at the front desk calling the police (since they were technically criminals…)
Unfortunately they could only get one room since they all had to save their money, just in case they needed to buy something important, like food or medical supplies.
However, when Cuphead was messing around in the hallway of hotel rooms, he discovered that one of the doors in the hall wasn’t locked, and was empty.
Instead of telling the rest of the crew about what he found, Cuphead decided not to say anything, incase he needed the room for something…..
The hotel room had two beds, a small couch, and a tiny bathroom. Even though it was pretty big, there were 5 adults and one pebble so it was kinda crowded.
Now that everybody was in the hotel room, they could finally unpack, rest, freshen up, and overall just relax and enjoy the peace.
While everyone was getting comfortable, Bendy was still trying to process the situation that him and Boris were in.
Not to long ago they were both at the Ink and Paint club, now he’s in a crammed hotel room in a town he doesn’t even know the name of.
Sitting up on the bed, Bendy starts to feel ink drip from the side of his head and he quickly wiped it away before anyone could notice.
But I guess he wasn’t being slick enough! Because not only did Pebble notice and proceeded to crawl over to Bendy on the bed to help calm him down, which Bendy did appreciate as he pet Pebble on the head.
But Cuphead, who was leaning on the wall next to the bed Bendy was on, also noticed!
Cuphead felt concerned about Bendy….. but he didn’t even know why he was worried! If anything, he shouldn’t even care at all since Bendy owns his soul and is being all cocky about it!
However, Cuphead felt more than, quote on quote “just concern”…..
This felt…..
New….?
Cuphead has never felt this way toward someone….
And he couldn’t tell what it was….
How odd…
Cupheads thoughts were interrupted by his brother, Mugman who was trying to get everyones attention.
“Alright, since this room is only for one night we need to go see what we can find in town.” Mugman announces as everyone turns to look at him.
“I found this map of the town and it says here that there’s a small market near by! Maybe we can all go and-“ Shelly says, before Bendy cuts her off “Wait- what?! We just got here!”
”Hate to say it, but I agree with the demon, we’ve been here for a few minutes max!” Cuphead says as he walks closer towards Mugman.
“Well like Shelly was TRYING to say…. There’s a small market near by, and according to Bendy, the map says that the first part is somewhere in the market. We should probably go check it out while it’s still light outside” Mugman says slightly frustrated.
“You guys can go check out that market, but I’m staying in the hotel with Boris.” Bendy says as he lays back down on the bed.
“Well… I actually wanted to go the market” Boris says, sitting on the couch.
Bendy paused for a moment, sits up, and looks at Boris a bit confused since Boris would usually just sleep in.
“O-ok well then I’ll just stay in the hotel by myself!” Bendy says, crossing his arms.
“Yeah…no, we’re not gonna leave you here alone. Either come with us, or someone has to stay here with ya.” Mugman says looking directly at Bendy, waiting for an answer.
“Well why can’t I stay here alone?! I’m an adult, I can take care of myself!” Bendy says slightly agitated.
“Well I don’t trust you enough to let you stay here alone, and because of that deal you two made….” Mugman says as he points at Cuphead and Bendy “you have no choice but to come with us.”
Both Bendy and Mugman go back and forth with Bendy saying that he will be fine on his own, while Mugman insists that he can’t be left alone because he quote on quotes “doesn’t trust him”
While Bendy and Mugman argue, Boris tried to reason with Bendy, Shelly was trying to break up the argument, and Pebble was still on the bed with Bendy, clearly upset at the two arguing.
While this was happening, Cuphead was just….. standing there. Not going to defend his brother or even to help stop the argument from going further.
Why you may ask? Well he was thinking. Because for some reason…. The thoughts of how Bendy made him feel came back.
“Why do I feel warm when I’m with him?” Cuphead thought.
“Why do I feel lonely when he’s not around?”
“Maybe he put a curse on me? Does it have to do with the deal we made? Should I ask him? No…. Not now”
And at that moment….. Cuphead had an idea.
“I’ll stay with him!”
Everyone turned to look at Cuphead who was just standing there with his hand up.
“You want to stay here in the hotel room…. with him…? Willingly?!” Mugman says, confused on why his brother would volunteer.
“Yeah! I mean, I’d like to rest a bit longer anyway soooo” Cuphead says, putting his hand down and walking over to the other bed in the room to sit on it.
Bendy was really confused, why would Cuphead want to stay with him? He heard Shelly and Cuphead talking about the Market and Cuphead sounded like he was excited about going.
So why is he willing to stay here with him…..?
“Well can I stay with Cuphead?” Bendy says, looking at Mugman who was just as equally as confused as everyone else.
“Uhhh well i mean…” Mugman says, thinking on what to say while Shelly puts her hand on Mugmans shoulder.
“They’re right, we should let them rest. Besides! Me, you, Boris and Pebble can handle this!” Shelly says in a very positive and reassuring tone.
Mugman thinks for a second, “Well…. I suppose…. But you better not be planning anything behind my back Cuphead….”Mugman says in an uneasy tone.
“YAY! I’ll then let’s go, the faster we get there, the more time we’ll have!” Shelly says grabbing pebble who was just as excited to go to the market.
Boris looked at Bendy confused and leaned over “You sure you wanna stay here alone with….. him? I can stay here if you want me to, I don’t have to go-“
Bendy placed his hand on Boris shoulder and gave him a reassuring look “Boris, it’s ok! You can go with the others, besides!” Bendy turned to look at Cuphead for a moment before turning back.
“He can’t harm me anyway…”
Boris was not to sure about leaving his brother with Cuphead, he’s seen him in action before. Then again…. Bendy was right, he can’t harm either of them because of the deal.
“O-ok I guess…” Boris said, unsure if he’s making the right decision by going with the others.
Boris got up from the couch and started walking over to Mugman and Shelly who were already walking out while talking.
Boris turned back to look at Bendy “I’ll come back as soon as possible…” Boris said anxiously before following behind the others out the door.
As Boris and the others left the room Bendy looked a Cuphead for a moment.
“Why did he offer to stay…?”
“Ehh… it doesn’t matter, as long as I can rest longer.”
“I’ll be fine”
…
“Hopefully…”
