I'm learning to treat people the same way i will treat Jesus. Will i say something bad about Him? nope, then i will not do it to others. Will i act selfishly to Him? nope, then i will give whatever i can to help others.
Whatever i do to others, good or bad is also doing it to God. That's why i need to treat people in purity, gentleness and goodness that whatever i do will be pleasing in His sight.

You're not supposed to fight against your feelings. Don't push them away, don't surpress them. Rather, think to yourself: "This feeling is painful and I don't like it, but I will allow myself to feel what I am feeling. It will eventually get better. Feelings are not forever. I am gonna feel this feeling intentionally for a while, then I can distract myself. My feelings are valid and allowed. I am not at war with myself. I don't want to numb myself. I will be happy again soon. There is a time for everything".

A healthy habit I wanna do more is just telling God: I love you. I praise you. You gave me life, you chose me to walk on this earth, to experience life, the gift of existing as myself, and that is crazy, that is gigantic, of all the billions and billions of possible humans to bring to life you made me. The number of people that could be created is infinite, yet here I am. Thank you. My existance is proof enough of yours.

The answer to my loneliness is love — not in finding someone to love me, but in surrendering to the God who has always loved me with an everlasting love. Loving Him is then expressed in a happy and full-hearted pouring out of myself in love to others.
God wants us to be so full of Him that we’re not afraid to be close to people who have no idea how to love us well. He doesn’t want us to be afraid of people in the world, He wants us to grow to love them the way He’s loved us.
