I'm autistic and my special interest is psychology, including how trauma and different attractions (kinks, fetishes, paraphilias, etc) work, and most people who like ageplay or petplay are people with the same trauma/experiences as ageregressors and petregressors. Childhood trauma, growing up too fast, neurodivergence, SA, etc. can cause both.

petspace and littlespace as terminology are kink terms, deriving from the word "subspace" in which subs let themselves take up a vulnerable and visceral persona around their dom. what it is NOT is the name for when sfw agere and petre individuals are regressing. so while making a term for what I assume age regressors and pet regressors you defined it as "for ageplayers and petplayers, but not for ageplayers and petplayers"
