Life is fab 🙌 I started following a mealplan that doesn't involve calorie counting or weighing and I do a full day of it every couple of days which is a huge step for me! I went to the cat cafe today with my friends which was fun :D I absolutely love scouts and it makes me so happy! I love the people there and I love leading kids and I love how when I'm there I don't think of food. I feel like my life is full again 😃

I'm so angry right now. I went to my yoga class today and my aunt was there (she usually goes to a different one and I really dislike her so I avoided her for ages) The first thing she said when she saw me was: "Eden its so good to see you after all these years of starvation, you look so well and healthy!" Arghhh Like I understand that I'm healthier and what not and looking well is a compliment which I'm coming to terms with but the comment about starvation was not in place! Why are some people so ignorant it kills me.
