I am also a reconnecting indigenous person (Taìno) but I am also half white and acknowledge the privilege i have and want to use it to speak for my indigenous & Afro-indigenous alongside just any indigenous person mixed or not, who is not mixed with white and/or racially white (they’re also less privileged) to fight against racism and anti-indigenity

I’m a leftist, which means I am a marxist (communist) and a marxist feminist alongside transfeminist 🔻

white presenting natives still have racial privilege, and it’s time we talk about it. yes white presenting natives are oppressed for being native people, but they are not as oppressed as those who actually present the racial expectations of indigenous people(s) alongside Afro-natives (afro-indigenous) people, we can acknowledge that white presenting natives are both oppressed but also not, and are extremely privileged over the other.
