I'm mighty scared like before, but I physically cannot hold on to this, I spent my entire vacation finishing this thing and I cannot have it hanging over me anymore. my life is about to move into a way busier time so I rlly wanted to leave this before I may be gone for a bit. perhaps.

In total I think this project has been in development for 3 or 4 years? what an overdue baby. believe it or not this is actually the latter half of a song that could have been 9 minutes! I said no way in hell. the first 20 secs may be rushed cause of that tho.

I sadly don't have enough coin for the good music softwares like Logic, so for now my only resource has been Bandlab to compose the score. So if you notice it doesnt sound amaaazingg I'm blaming that. But I did not use ai, god no. that's just what poor computer strings sound like. this was rlly hard. but I'm happy it's over.

❗️SPOILERS for the mando movie❗️

some highlights (this is not a recap, there is a lot more that happens):

- mando gets a mission/ bounty to save rotta, the son of jabba the hutt

- he and grogu go to some city

- night market and star wars street food was a nice touch (lol)

- they find rotta, who is a successfull pit fighter and doesn't want to return

- he is really nice guy btw, which I liked a lot

- he says that doesn't wanna be like his father (mmh reminds me of sb)

-mando gets kidnapped, grogu and the anzellans follow them

- obligatory helmet removal (hello pedro pascal)

- mando gets poisoned, grogu does some force healing, but it doesn't fully help

- grogu is now on his own and tries his best to help mando (my favorite part of the movie)

- in the end, mando, rotta and grogu(!) fight against the hutt twins

- new republic arrives to help them

all in all, I liked it, it was really cute and fun. grogu does a lot in this movie (I'm so proud), lots of fight scenes, rotta is a character I really enjoyed

the beginning is a bit slow paced, but it sets the scene

my only real complaint is the lack of dinluke (or luke in general), I knew it was unlikely but a girl can dream. also there were so many opportunities for it, I am deadass. I was hoping until the last minute for a cameo.

anyways, I remain positive and hope we get more of them
