Ok, so usually I use the web version of YouTube because that's where my adblock is, but I checked out the app version out of curiosity today and it's... fixed??
It's not showing me the same videos over and over again?? It's recommending me good videos and not the same video essay slop??
yeah no I really wonder why they would degrade their web version after trying and failing to prevent adblockers so many times... and have the good algorithm on the app version where adblock doesn't work..
Non-binary people can't use they/them because they're only one person. Non-binary people can't use it/its because it's dehumanizing. Non-binary people can't use neopronouns because they're too confusing. Non-binary people can't use he/him and/or she/her because that's not gender neutral. Non-binary people can't use no pronouns because that's too hard to use.
No matter what pronouns a non-binary person uses somebody will get mad at them.

The only thing that really bothers me is not being able to paint on the nose, but oh well I'll live lmao (also the demo restrictions are a tad annoying but that's kinda expected xD)
I'm definitely not the best at making characters with the Mii maker, but I'm still having a lot of fun with it!! I feel like It's limited enough to make you get creative, but not like. annoyingly limited lol. Can't wait for the full game!! ^^
Reblogs in a chain now get their own notes
The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve.
Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.
If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.
Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.
This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!

This would kill the entire point of the reblog chain. Staff, please, don't do this. It will transform the reblog chain in just plain twitter quotes.
Seriously, this is a tumblr-killer feature. This breaks the most fundamental way tumblr is different from any other social network. This makes tumblr just another blueskytwitterthreads. Or worse: An unfederated mastodon clone.
Please, stop this. Please, don't roll this out.
Please, mutuals, post about this, comment and reblog the original post (while you still can without making it your own quote-post). I don't know if staff is looking or if the feedback would matter, but seriously, this is a terrible change that would kill tumblr as we know it. Please, don't roll it out.
look, I can endure any kind of UI changes that are supposed to help tumblr-rookies to understand how this works. They may be a nuisance, but that's ok, we have x-kit or we can get used to buttons being here or there.
But this. This changes the data architecture. This changes the SINGLE THING that makes tumblr the "... yes and" website. This KILLS THE COLLABORATIVE POSTING THAT MAKES THIS SITE DIFFERENT FROM ALL THE OTHER MEDIA PLATFORMS.
Please, don't do this. Please, don't ship this.
Tumblr has explicitly said in the past that they do not look at comments on their updates posts. You have to PUT IN A SUPPORT TICKET AND SELECT FEEDBACK FROM THE DROPDOWN

Ok so all of the queens got kidnapped/disappeared, cool awesome can't wait to see where that goes
But first of all, where the hell is kinkajou?? She's the only non-queen that was directly stated to be missing as well.. Wonder what that's implying..
Second of all, wasn't jewel queen by the end of book 15?? It's been a while since I've read it so maybe I'm wrong but idk. Maybe tui just wants to give Wasp a proper send-off? Maybe I'm biased because I love her and I feel like she was wasted potential but oh well
Third, they didn't really mention they other queens, but I'm pretty sure that's because we don't really need it to be shown to get the point xD
