I just realized, it has been years since I finished MDZS but I never drew any related fanart before.

With the end of my art block, I wanted to change this sad fact.

And with Fem!WWX( Cuz I can't make men for shit lol)

A head canon of Mine:

Lan Clan of Gusu have 2 head bands. One for ordinary days. And one for super special occasions like marriage etc.

When a Gusu lan member marries, they keep the day to day headband and give the superspecial headband to the spouse.

(It has all the rules embroidered in the inside of the headband so that the spouse can see and check the relevant rule from the headband. Cuz they are new and all yk)

The Spouse is supposed to keep and take care of the headband for life since it becomes theirs.

Also the headband signifies that the spouse is new and can't know every rule so they get leniency for 3 turns.( Like y have to make a mistake 3 times before you get punished for it. The leniency voids after 3 years)

So imagine, WWX ONLY committing the crime TWICE JUST to ANNOY the HELL out of LQR.

I also had this cool idea for a fanfic regarding this (under the cut)

Hyh became successful and is the Duke of Haeyeon. The Han brothers also have some kind of a spat but since Hyh loves his hyung veeery much, Seok Gimyeong decide that Hyj is best kept inside the castle. So he gives him a place close to a forest and a cottage within the castle. Now, the subordinates don’t know that the new guy is an important guy so they make him do work. (Cinderella style yk) He adopts monsters that stay within the forest and takes care of them. Hyj thinks that he is under house arrest so he plans to run away. But before going he wants to meet his brother one last time and clear their differences. He comes to know that hyh has gone for the king’s coronation anniversary ball (or could be something else idk). Hyj goes there after being helped by newbie who gives her a nice dress and makes peace grow faster so that they can reach the ball in time. What Hyj doesn’t know is that it is ball is for making shj choose a wife. He sneaks in and is looking for hyh when Shj catches him. Cue their role play/banter/whatever that they do. Shj falls hard and asks Hyj to marry him. Hyj is like, dude we met each other 5mins ago? Shj asks for a dance. Hyj says no. Shj says I’ll give you high grade artifacts. Hyj says fine. They dance Hyh realises that it’s his hyung . Hyj realises that hyh has realised. Hyh look distraught. Hyj thinks it’s his fault and he runs. Shj, being the athletic guy he is catching up so Hyj pulls out his glass slipper and throws it at Shj. Shj let’s it hit his face. Cue the hunt by the slipper. Then marriage (of convenience for Hyj). Happy Ending.

His face, pale but still calm despite being on the verge of death, annoyed me. I sat on the ground and looked up at my younger brother without saying anything.

This guy had been getting in my way at every turn. He was annoyingly good at everything, so I’d heard countless times to just stay put and not drag him down. In the end, I didn’t just hold him back—I ended up breaking him. They weren’t wrong.
