I really love the idea that Garen is the one man that Fiora even remotely tolerates. If that isn't peak himbo energy, I dunno what is. Like, all men are pigs and men deserve nothing, and then someone goes, "what about Garen?" And Fiora's like, "oh, he can stay."
And whenever it's girl's night out he can be the designated driver. Make sure everyone has a way back home and the creeps leave them the fuck alone and such.

Since we've seen you take on the Hearts/Card's court is like, what do you think the chess (white and red) courts are like?
General Situation:
The kingdom of chess, unlike the kingdom of cards, is more fragmented; a reminder of the mirror through which it can be reached.
Similarly to the card nobles, the main chessmen—King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, and Starfleet—are human, but require magical wooden prosthetics to move around the board, which is a very arduous field.
The King and Queen have thrones, as do the bishops; as they are religious. Obviously, the Knights have knights, and finally, the Starfleet are located in what would be the rook checkmate.
Similarly to the families of Wonderland, the humans of the kingdom of the chessboard have given birth extensively (in addition to migrations).
The pawns are wood-people, who, like Cedar, are self-propelled puppets. They are built by the human families who live there, and are essentially service robots for the population.
The pawns that are not strictly human are the Checkers. The Lady of Checkers is a sort of fairy godmother/Blue Godmother, while the pawns are like the card people i.e objects that can move
The ladies are treated like the pearls in Steven Universe, that is, as servants to human families. The average human in the Chessboard Kingdom is similar to Tweedledee twins.
There are two current royal families: the Whitechecks and the Redfords. In one way or another, the two queens always manage to be related, however, they are not always the direct heirs to the throne. Sometimes they are the consorts of the White King/Red King, sometimes sisters-in-law, sometimes sisters, etc. The current Red Queen and White Queen are sisters: King Queen inherited the Redcheck throne, while White Queen married the White King and became queen.
Both kingdoms expect the heir to the throne to serve a period as a knight to prove their worth. Lily is still very young, but Chase is at the right age.
The two kingdoms are constantly at war, and the Kingdom of Hearts supports this because at least it prevents them from invading.
The current kingdoms, however, are at peace, as the two queens' brother married the Queen of Hearts. So Lizzie, Lily, and Chase are cousins.
The chessboard court is, like the card court, very similar to the Victorian one. So they are very rigid in their Wonderland madness. However, since they are two relatively small kingdoms, the average population is more affluent and upper-class than the average population of the Kingdom of Hearts. It's no coincidence that they're all so snobbish.
To everyone's surprise, the Hatter family is originally from the White Checkerboard, and Maddie and Hatta's extended relatives still live there! The White Queen is actually fond of the family.

The ability of Riot to make things boring so easily astounds me
This Demacia season is just a testament to Riot's ability to take literally any idea and manage to execute it in the most boring, lamest way possible.
Fiora is one of the few characters in Demacia that actually had some semblance of personality, goals, motivations, etc. that didn't conform to hyper moralistic pandering, and Riot still somehow managed to make her just another soapbox champ for incredibly hamfisted IRL commentary that was dated even back in 2012 that this was obviously written for. But because it's commentary that people "agree" with, it is praised and accepted as "good character work" as opposed to the snorefest that it is.
I really don't care if Fiora is "socially progressive" or that she opposes brithright nobilities (why does riot think this is topical???) and is pro-"follow your own values"/make your destiny. I cared about her being a character in a potential narrative that was fun and interesting to engage with. She was a hardnosed, kind of brutal, political oriented champ that was actually kind of selfish and "me and mine own" oriented and who played dirty to manipulate things around her for her benefit despite those actions sometimes forcing her to do hurtful things (like killing her own father). Depicting her like this is just a bore. A character who espouses "modern values" doesn't suddenly get afforded "good writing" status despite what Riot seems to think.
I don't know what it is about Demacia but holy cow. It's like the region is cursed or something. Whenever Riot writes for it, it's like they are so blinded by the goal of conveying an "important" message every single time that they forget that hey, characters and plots should be engaging and interesting. I just don't see what the value is in this depiction of Demacia where we must constantly suck out all humanity and or fun things just to sanitize it into a product that would bore even 3rd graders.
Everything is so heavily sanded down to just nothing, man. There's just 0 capacity it seems for the writers that are still clinging to Riot's corpse to be able to think outside themselves for a minute to write a character that is concerned with things that don't fall under modern, IRL paradigms. They really really really hate writing for the medieval fantasy region that they can't go 5 minutes without complaining about how medieval fantasy is "morally problematic". They don't even have the writing chops to even do a genuine critique well either. So all we get is winks at the audience about other, better critiques that exist out there.
