Wondering how often the gang play chardee macdennis.. because clearly they hadn’t played it in what. Seven years? At least. Because otherwise Frank would have known about it. But between seasons 7 and 11 they must have played it at least twice because of all the changes they made (mainlining the wine (finding out that you should never mainline beer), the accent thing, etc.). I was wrong about this. Upon re-watching I’ve realised that Charlie said the basement is only full of carbon monoxide leading up to health inspection. So unless there was a health inspection very soon after ‘the gang tries desperately to win an award’, the basement would have been free of carbon monoxide. Thus his song was purely a product of his own (intoxicated by other means) mind.
