We got an Asus Eee PC for free from someone on Craigslist yesterday and it gives me such “bitch you live like this?” vibes while I’m poking around with it.

We really did live like that back 20 years ago though.

Me explaining Colonel Jack O'Neill to people: So, he's like this ex-black ops Air Force colonel who shoots guns and throws knives. He was captured in Iraq, his parachute didn't deploy and he crawled out from behind enemy lines with broken bones. He mourns the loss of his dead son, saw his best friend die, was captured and tortured, saves the world and would die for his team.

Other person: Oh, so he is like this big, Jack Reacher-Ghost Recon style, silent, brooding, bad ass with arms like tree trunks, and a thousand-yard stare.

Me: No, he's this guy
