HOT TEA LEGACY CHALLENGE (Graphics) If you’re looking for a way to spice up your gameplay in The Sims 4, let me introduce you to one of my current obsessions: the Hot Tea Legacy Challenge ☕✨

This challenge created by @lxdice, brings a fresh, aesthetic, and drama-filled twist to the traditional legacy challenges you may be used to. To make the experience even more fun (and visually easier for me), I decided to create my own set of graphics for the challenge

i mean come on! he's such a sweetiepie, he loves to cuddle, is so considerate and attentive, always knows your order, there is no better boyfriend!

expected to like you more - lauren

i know i created her, but she is not giving us very much! maybe i just can't do her justice in a story that revolves so heavily around reed (because as we've seen, reed and lauren don't exactly see eye to eye), but she mostly is just there causing seeds of doubt in jerry. she's just such a logic-based person that she doesn't really comprehend the emotional situation, but points to her for trying to look out for jerry

we could be besties - lin

this girl is NOT featured enough! she is so bubbly and outgoing and always makes everyone feel like they are a part of the group! she also is just an icon, and probably has the most cutting humor in the room (she and reed are also way better friends than i am able to capture in wasteland babes!)

love the attitude - connor

the attitude being obsessed with his girlfriend 🤩 in general he's a solid friend and has peoples' backs, but he is in fact a certified lover boy, he has been dating lin since 8th grade and is still as obsessed with her as he was back then

if the edits are of him being humbled i mean

maybe leaving her kids behind when she walked out on bruce wasn't the best move, but he has been punishing her for it ever since. she loves her kids and wants to be in their life, but didn't want to put them through an ugly custody battle so she settles for a few holiday visits a year, but as we've seen bruce still tries to paint her as the villain

my gorgeous cutie pie - chiquita

what more is there to say? she IS a gorgeous cutie pie!! she's so wonderful and precious and sweet and she is naive, but she also takes no shit!

comfort character - reed

crazy that my comfort character is probably the least comforting character 🫣 but i don't care! reed is the character that i always keep coming back to because i know his patterns and how he processes and what is always running through his brain! i just want the best for him even if i keep putting him through the worst before he can get there..

expected to like you less - wes

we all knew wes was never endgame, he was only an obstacle that we had to get through, but instead of being someone who holds jerry back he wound up being the person to keep pushing him forwards even though it meant saying goodbye :')

no one can make me hate you - don

so yeah maybe he's arrogant and annoying and a bit of a dick, but his dad set him up to be that way by always treating him like some prodigal son. don's always been the person his dad expected him to be, but he's never really taken the time to figure out who he wants to be

underrated - gene

gene is an unproblematic king! we haven't seen much of him, but he's the only person who has defended reed. he likes for things to be peaceful so has always been the mediator in the family, the one to diffuse the tension and keep everything from falling apart

no one can make me love you - bruce

i will not be swayed by his tragic backstory or by how hot he was in the 90's, he is a little, little man who takes his misery out on his family

girlfriend material - jen

if only reed could appreciate that.. she is gorgeous, smart, and so emotionally mature! she deserves someone who truly sees her as a whole person and loves her for who she is, not some box they can check

my baby - baby reed

this one needs no explanation, i think he is everyone's baby

wish you were real - reed with significantly less trauma

if reed didn't have daddy issues (or had different daddy issues?) wasteland babes would be a completely different story... plus i mourn the version of reed who would wear a bucket hat and wellies

The night before Shane might win his third Stanley cup, Ilya sends him the clip of his Stanley cup win.

Confused, Shane immediately calls him.

"Is this some new and unique way to psych me out before the final, Rozanov? I didn't know you had money on Detroit."

"No, I am sending for a good reason," Ilya laughs. "I know it sucks for us that when you win all your team will be kissing their girlfriends and Pike will be making out all gross with Jackie, and we will not be able to. So, I wanted to show you exactly where I first kissed the cup. It was on the top, right over where it says Ottawa 1905, left of where it says 'Challenge Cup'. I remember because I did this on purpose. We weren't anything then, but I was thinking of you. I couldn't help thinking of you. So if you kiss the same place, it will be a little like we are sharing a kiss. And only we will know about it."

And Shane feels the air clean knocked out of his lungs and the back of his throat get tight, as he barely gets out, "Baby, that's... Thank you. I don't know what to say. I love you so fucking much. I'll make sure you see our kiss, okay?"

"I will be watching. I love you, My Shane. Go show the world why Shane Fucking Hollander is the goat, okay?"

On the night Shane wins his third Stanley Cup, he kisses their spot on the cup, thinking only of Ilya, and longs for a day where he can pull him onto the ice like Scott did with Kip.

On the night Shane wins his fourth Stanley cup, he hoists the cup into the air with his captain, they both kiss the same spot on the trophy, and then in front of the world, on his home ice, Shane Hollander kisses his husband, and it feels like a promise fulfilled.

I don't believe in christian babies. I believe in babies, i believe in christians, but a baby doesn't have the agency and cognitive abilities required to chose and/or live a faith. There's babies of christian parents, of course, as well as babies that have been introduced into the system that is the christian church, but that does not make them christian yet.

Long story short, i did not hit a christian baby into the stratosphere, officer.

ilya rozanov who’s known to boston as the mysterious fuckboy from russia who chirps like he’s getting paid for it and is crazy good at hockey. one day a teammate is absent from a few games in a row and turns back up to practice with a fucking newborn and they’re all in their hockey gear fawning over this tiny baby. then once everyone’s said hi before practice, the crowd parts and ilyas just stood by the doorway, a literal deer in headlights staring at the bundle of blankets in his teammates arms and-

“do you wanna hold him?”

ilya’s moving forward before he can process the words and everyone’s holding their breath as he gathers the newborn into his arms, pausing to take his gloves off first. it’s a few tense seconds before the baby babbles and shifts slightly before tucking his head into the crook of his arm and swiftly falling to sleep.

ilya looks up to see his whole team stifling grins, “i think we’ve found the new babysitter” and he bites back a chirp because he doesn’t want to wake the baby he’s holding so delicately to his chest.

he’s stuck on the sidelines for the whole practice while he rocks the baby through the slams against walls, waving its little arm towards its dad when it eventually wakes up.

and yeah pictures surface soon after of fucking rozanov staring down at the baby in his arms with the fucking softest eyes and twitter has a field day proving he’s a softie at heart
