Sometimes i think that i’m too skinny. Other days i look at myself and want to lose a few pounds. Sometimes i want to look like a body builder, other days i want to look as thin as i possibly can. I’ve picked myself apart so many times, and often it is too hard to put myself back together again. But recovery isn’t about succeeding all the time, it’s about progress and not giving up.
