This may be my last words or the last time I write a post, so I will not forgive anyone who sees this post and does not support me even with a single word and ignores me.

I write these words in deep pain, with tears filling my eyes. I can no longer endure this situation. Hunger has exhausted me, along with my mother’s illness (liver cirrhosis) and the high cost of the medication she needs.

All I care about is easing my mother’s suffering from the illness she is facing and the constant pain that accompanies her. I am also trying to save my sick wife, who has been suffering from severe malnutrition and a serious lack of nutrients for many months. I beg you to help me buy the necessary medicine and treatment for both of them so they can regain their health and continue their lives, and help me save myself and my entire family.

Please donate if you are able. Your donation will allow me to buy medicine for my mother and provide treatment and food for my wife. It will save my mother, save my wife, save me, and save my whole family. Our lives are threatened by hunger and illness

I don't think my parents are aware that what they did was abuse. in fact I think one of the reasons they abused me was because they lacked the self-awareness, introspection, and education needed to realize what they were doing counted as abuse. if they did have more self awareness &etc, they would have likely stopped. it is not productive to insist they woke up in the mornings with the intent to psychologically torture a kid for no reason, when that is self-evidently not the case or within their motivations.

I'm speaking annecdotally here but I think many cases of abuse are like this. I think when reckoning with the reality of how abuse functions in our society, you must come to terms with the mundanity of it including the fact that abusive people are primed to overlook the harm of their own actions through the shield of mundanity and (lack of) intent.

Like this is a really good one where the first line sets up this expectation of boys being perfect little beans which is then subverted by the second line.
