If you haven’t heard, today PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome has been renamed to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. This change reflects that this is not a reproductive “problem” but a whole body disease.
For reference, from the WHO website:
(Text: PCOS affects an estimated 10-13% of reproductive-aged women. It is estimated that up to 70% of women with PCOS worldwide do not know they have this condition.)
The Lancet link about shift to PMOS. Spread this to everyone who works in health care now. People with uteruses and ovaries are in agony - yes, the whole body suffers a crisis every fkn month - and health care should help

Welcome to the Far Side of the Moon
A crescent Earth sets behind the Moon.
On April 6, 2026, the Artemis II astronauts flew around the Moon, observing the far side – which we never see on Earth thanks to tidal locking – with their own eyes and with cameras.
See more of the Moon:
men think talking fast and having a handful of misleading statistics make them smarter than everyone around them
Another of the skulls fused with a maille (chainmail) Coif recovered from the site of the battle of Visby, Gotland, ca. 1361.
That's us, together.
While we're looking up at the Artemis II astronauts journeying to the Moon, they're looking back home at us.
In this image, Earth peeks through the capsule window, reminding us that a view like this relies on the ingenuity and hard work of countless people back home.
In the second image, we see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere.
Follow the Artemis II astronauts on their journey to the Moon:
"I don't feel like a girl" "I don't feel like a boy"
There isn't a specific way to feel as a girl or boy. Patriarchy has been forced to us how we're supposed to "act" in order to fit the patriarchal standard. Anyone can be feminine or masculine, anyone doesn't have to be feminine or masculine, it's okay to not "fit" in a gender stereotype. The point is we're not supposed to, we're just humans.
a TERF rebooting this is ironic as hell
this is basic terf ideology dumbass
