Rafmc Legally Blonde AU (because I kept imagining Rafayel as Emmett while listening to “Chip on my shoulder” and couldn’t get it out of my mind….)

You see, a Legally Blond AU makes so much sense for them because just like how MC brought pink into Rafayel’s life, Elle also brought pink into Emmett’s life. (Both symbolically and physically yknow how Emmett wears pink ties towards the end of the musical)

Also it might be hard to see the connection between their characters because outwardly Emmett and Rafayel are so different, but in their character core they are both overworked guys who struggles only for their family. Emmett wants to make his mom proud and buy her a house etc and Rafayel with the whole sea god thing. In a real life AU Rafayel would be so much like Emmett, putting aside the fictional stuff. They both got a chip on their shoulder….

And the demeanor Emmett has with Elle is just so similar to Rafayel hhhhh They’re both so playful and joke around a lot with their girls (they both love wordplays too lol) but also soooo supportive 🥺🥺 Both are free from toxic masculinity #wesupport

Report of my Small Fan Event for Rafayel’s Birthday!!

I decided one week ago that I want to spend Rafayel’s birthday with other people, and so I made a post about it thinking that maybe I could at least find 2 or 3 people to celebrate together. To my surprise, 8 people made it to the event and we had a great time together 🥹🥹

After introducing ourselves and talking a little bit about what we love about Rafayel, I made them play kahoot for a Rafayel quiz I prepared haha I gave the winner a seashell shaped hairbrush cuz it really fit the theme lol

Then I gave everyone the envelopes I prepared, inside of it I had put some stickers (of my fanarts & some official art), last year’s birthday card for Rafayel and tiny sea shells from my collection. We first wrote our birthday wishes for Rafayel on the card and then made a collage page with everything. It’s really amazing seeing how unique everyone’s cards and collages are 😭💕 I really felt some healing through this, maybe this is what Professor Rafayel was talking about… Also we were trying to figure out how Rafayel is written in Ottoman Turkish and two girls actually added it on their page its so cute hahsjs

Also!! Someone made Rafayel-themed bracelets for everyone?? They are so adorable I love it T-T Another girlie brought an extra official Rafayel pin and gifted it to someone who had no merch. I loved how everyone was nice like thisss

I had already pulled for Duskbright Steps this week but the only Rafayel bday card I didn’t have was Unforgettable Adventure so I asked everyone’s help in pulling it and I actually got it 😭😭 I had no hope cuz I only had 70 pulls and it really came home on pity but im glad it wasn’t a standart card… I never knew how great it felt to pull for a card together with friends lol we all screamed with joy when I got it hsjshsjxmsjk

Anyway, so this is how our event went! If you are someone like me and have never joined a lads event or any oshikatsu event in general, I say you should organize it yourself ~~ Afaik this small meeting was the first publicly announced LaDs fan event in Turkey and everyone seemed to have enjoyed it so anything is possible if you take the steps to make it, I guess… Lastly: Happy Birthday Rafayel!!💖✨
