(1) idk if you’ve watched tokyo ghoul but imagine an au where naruto is this elusive ghoul, whose only noticeable features are his blond hair & the fox mask he wears, & sasuke is the mildly respected hunter who’s prob only respected because of his family name. sasuke becomes obsessed with capturing the fox ghoul because he can only take so much defeat at the hands of one creature, but one night he gets the upper hand against naruto, probably managing to crack his mask to the point it begins

(2) chipping away, and Right when he’s bout to finish him off, sasuke gets a good glimpse at naruto’s face beneath the crumbling mask & just. freezes up because “how can a monster be so beautiful". naruto prob gets away lmao
