Hey does anyone else find it kinda telling that in the beginning of the Silver Eve arc Olruggio never got a locator ring?

I mean everyone else got one. And the last one is obviously meant for Olruggio. As far as I know though, he never got it.

So if something were to happen and Olruggio was alone… nobody would likely find him in time.

And thinking about Qifrey’s curse and what would cause him the most distress…

The death flags may not be waving, but someone is raising them.

He had it in chapter 52 so I assume he got it once he arrived

But I am, in fact, scared of someone from the atelier losing their ring.

Oh shoot! On one hand, that’s great to hear that he actually got his copy of the ring.

On the other hand: new fear unlocked.

What if one day they notice Olruggio’s light is turned on and they go to find him… only to find his ring on and abandoned and he is just straight up missing?

This fear now applies to the entire atelier fam now.

I’m very proud to announce that I finished the last drawing of my upcoming Witch Hat Atelier animatic and will be editing it together today! If I’m lucky it’ll go up this afternoon but more likely will be posted tomorrow!

On one hand posting the very next frame of my animatic two days later is a tad silly because I don’t want to spoil everything that happens in the animatic.

On the other hand, I drew Custas for the first time and I think he fits so well with the background of this frame and ahhhhh!

I’m so excited to get this done! Only 11 more drawings to go!

It’s crazy how the body can affect your ability to draw. Yesterday I was wondering why my sketch looked so wobbly. Turns out I was so tired I couldn’t see straight. Take care of yourself kids.

I was listening to Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat soundtrack while working on my WHA animatic.

Needless to say I got distracted.

An unused frame for my WHA animatic vs the fixed version!

I loved how the first one turned out. I think it was the first time I really felt like I was getting the hang of the anime art style.

But in the animatic Coco is still supposed to be a kid and the first image, while good, makes her seem more like a teenager so I had to redraw the frame to this instead:

Excited for this animatic to be done though! I’m getting closer to completion!
