Another great day! My run today wasn't as awesome as last week. However, my knee was flaring up and I wanted to take it easy. Every time I had to stop or start at a stoplight I got a sharp pain above my knee cap. Hopefully it's just my knees adjusting to these longer distances, and that it doesn't have anything to do with my meniscus tears. I'm going to take it easy and keep up with the yoga and see how it goes.

Another great run with my friend! This time we tried to pick up the pace, which was really tough. I run with the Nike app, which shows me that the Fitbit is terrible at calculating running pace. Yesterday we ran a 1030 average, which is really fast for me to run for 5 miles. But I'm only feeling a little sore today. I couldn't find my brace yesterday, so that also affected my run. Does anyone have advice for good knee braces for meniscus tears? Mine is is the one with three Velcro straps and an open knee hole and it's always falling down with my spandex leggings. Any help??
