In the Cornish dialect of English, Pokemon meant ‘clumsy’ (pure coincidence).

In the mid 1800s there was a surge of writing about the Cornish language and dialect in an attempt to preserve them with glossaries and dictionaries being written. I wrote about it HERE.

I'm on my way home from MagicCon and I can say it was a great Con! Yes, it way different from HobbitCon because it was including more than one fandom (what is not a bad thing). Stop bashing it because of this, stop fandom hate. I hope next year there will be more interessting panels and auditions, but this is a personal thing because I m not into vampire diaries or outlander.. Anyway, I had a great weekend and i m looking forward to next year. ✨
