Honestly, there is never a moment in life where an Elton John song doesn’t fit in perfectly. I am a little ashamed I still haven’t seen Rocketman yet. With everything I have heard about it though, I’m sure it’s amazing. One day I’ll get around to actually watching the stuff on my infinite watch-list. To be fair though, I could easily see you fitting into a musical. Your day will come, one day in a writers room somewhere, someone will have a musical role that seems that nobody else would be able to fit except for none other than, The Jake Gyllenhaal. I have been wanting to see a Beastie Boys biopic for so long I feel like I could be the spokesperson for why the world needs it. I thought that earlier this year I read something about one possibly being in the works, but I haven’t seen or heard anything more about it, so I hope that it was real and that it really happens. Then that will just give me another excuse rap along to their songs at the top of my lungs no matter the circumstances.

Girl, you and me both. Outside world? Never heard of her. I’ve been glued to my couch for like a week now and at this point, I never wanna leave. At least you have your kiddos at home with you to keep you entertained! Now, with having both a cat and a tarantula, does that get complicated at any point? I just picture your cat sit at the tarantula’s enclosure and watch it, silently plotting against it. But that’s really neat that you have a tarantula, I wish I wasn’t so freaked out by spiders because those big fuzzy ones are kind of cute. Okay, okay, okay, you’re sounding more and more like the coolest person ever here. A comic book album sounds amazing, and I’m kind of ashamed I haven’t seen it yet, because I am quite the fan of yours. Trying to hold it together and not be a total embarrassing fangirl. What made you want to do a comic, and did you do the artwork for the comic all yourself as well? Not to brag or anything but I heard the Parks & Rec reunion got the highest ratings of any TV show ever. Don’t look it up, just trust me. If you didn’t watch it then go do it right now and don’t talk to me until you’ve paid your tributes to Lil Sebastian. For real, it was such a blast getting back with that cast. I’m sitting by my phone waiting for someone to call and tell me we have a whole new season. I haven’t moved from the same spot on the couch since Thursday just staring at my phone. To hell with not bragging about it, you should brag! That’s definitely a huge accomplishment so you deserve to sprinkle that little tidbit into any conversation. I am unfortunately part of the small population that still hasn’t seen Parks & Rec yet, but I’m sure it’s as amazing as everyone says it is. Actually, I’m putting it at the top of my list of things to watch, and I’ll do my absolute best not to procrastinate on watching it. You sound like me these last few days - I haven’t left my couch other than to grab a snack or stretch my legs, but that’s just m y boredom and laziness getting the best of me. I hope you get that call you’re hoping for though, I’m sure your fans of the show would lose their minds -- in the best way -- to hear about a new season. Banana bread is the absolute best, isn’t it? I’m addicted to banana nut muffins, so much that I when I make my own I have to make like a bakers dozen or else I will devour them as soon as they’re out of the oven. So if you ever need the hook up on some good muffins, I’m your gal. Ahhh, not too much going on in my neck of the woods. I have too much time on my hands in between projects right now so I’ve been just hanging out, trying to enjoy it before life gets busy as hell again.

I had a virtual reunion with my Sonny With A Chance cast mates last week – well, except Brandon ‘cause he’s an idiot that read the time wrong in the group chat. But I’ve only really kept in contact regularly with like two people from back then so it was nice to see everyone else too. Even if it was just through a screen. It really made me realize how much I miss them and all the shit we used to do on set. Pranking each other and how fun it was. What I wouldn’t give to work with them again on something new and not censored by disney. It’d be so much funnier now. But if y’all are as nostalgic as I am about it, SWAC is finally up on Disney+. Just sayin’. I kinda wanna watch it but it also kinda makes me cringe watching myself on screen. So maybe I won’t. If nothin’ else, the theme song is pretty catchy though. @hchqstarters​ 

That’s so sweet you guys had a little makeshift reunion! Relationships with cast mates can be so special, some -- if not most -- of my closest friends I’ve met through some kind of project. You guys should do a skit or something with you all grown up now and put it on YouTube or something. I’m sure Disney might have some conflicts with that, but to hell with all that. I’m sure your fans would love it! I saw a bunch of shows got added to Disney+ recently, like Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire, and Sonny With A Chance, so I’m sure I’ll be binging all those soon enough. It’s gonna be a little different watching them as an adult now, but i’m a sucker for nostalgia.

My brain has felt like mush the last couple of weeks. This is what being pregnant does to you, makes you mush and confused about everything. That doesn’t have the best thing, but I think I’ll have to check it out. I know remakes aren’t that popular sometimes, but maybe I’ll watch a but of both! You didn’t spoil anything, I think if I tune in I’ll get a good idea of what’s happening. Not too much of anything exciting. I’ve been looking at Pinterest ideas for the baby’s room, and trying to get everything ready, and snacking a lot…I really love all the snacks.

Oh my goodness! Congratulations on the little one! How far along are you now? Do you know the gender yet? I’m sorry to ask questions right off the rip, I just love me some cute little babies. I don’t know if it’s my huge smile or what, but me and babies seem to get along pretty well and I love them so much. Snacks are essential to every part of life, especially pregnancy, I would imagine. Have you dabbled into any of the amazing snacks that the UK has to offer? I’ve tried plenty of American snacks, but I still think the UK reigns supreme in their snack game.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Yeah, never really thought I would be having a kid so soon but shit happens. Getting used to the idea now and can’t wait for the little squirt to be out so I can suit them up in Stars gear. That’s what I’ve been told and I hope I’m doing a good job so far. Cake huh? What kind of cake? How did it taste? Do you have the recipe? Cake has eggs in it I think so you’re still eating breakfast. I did, it was a busy weekend with the baby shower on Friday then having my parents over until Monday morning. It went from having the how go from calm and quite to a hell riot. I blame my siblings for that even if everyone will say it’s my fault. Gotta blame the youngest, right?

You just gotta do your best to embrace whatever life throws at you. Now, how old will the little tike have to be before they can start playing hockey? I’ve seen some videos of the little ones playing and it’s just so fucking cute seeing their little bodies all suited up and doing their best at making shots. It was a carrot cake since it was Easter, and it was delicious. Not to brag or anything, but I am quite the baker. I have boat loads of recipes for just about anything you can think of, so if you’re looking for a recipe - I’ve got you covered. I’m glad to hear you had a nice Holiday, though! Ahh, yeah - that’s family for you, right? Whenever my sisters and I get together you can hear us from probably three blocks away with how loud and probably obnoxious we get whenever we’re reunited. Speaking as the youngest sibling myself, I can confirm that this is true. I was blamed for anything under the sun, and after so long I would just start taking blame even if I didn’t know what it was for. But my sisters and I never got into anything too crazy so the repercussions weren’t too bad. It’s a funny thing, the hierarchy of siblings.

I for one, love my UK snacks so I’ve got tons of twiglets and party rings by my side but I have recently discovered the Snyders pretzel bites, and totally loving the jalapeno flavor. Oh, God it’s so hard to pick just one! Hmmm... I’d say Arsenic & Old Lace is my favorite black and white movie, but around Christmas time I do lean more toward It’s A Wonderful Life, but that’s just a certified classic. Do you have a favorite? Seriously, if I get super fangirly just tell me to tone it down a notch. Anything new and exiting going on for you lately?

Yup, consider yourself disowned! I kid, I kid. Since the show is from the 60s I’ll give you a pass on not having seen it. The show doesn’t have one central plot, so each episode is like a different scenario of events. It’s a dimension of imagination, The Twilight Zone. If you ever do wanna give it a shot, I would be happy to give a list of a few of my favorite episodes to get you acclimated. But thank you! I feel like whenever I get excited about something I tend to go on a word-vomit tangent, which this clearly was. Maybe I should try and get in touch with Jordan Peele or someone on his team and see if they’d be down for me doing some promos for the new version, because I clearly have much to say. But since you haven’t seen The Twilight Zone, what have you been binging lately? I do need some new suggestions or else I’ll keep re-watching the same stuff.

It’s a good show to get your brain workin’. You know when you’ve been watching the same show for the last ten hours and your brain feels a bit like mush? That’s a good time to start watching The Twilight Zone. You’ll be questioning everything, even your very own existence. Which... doesn’t exactly sound like the best effect a show can give you but still, it gets you thinking. I don’t know how I didn’t see anything about it when the new one came out either! There are a couple that are paying homage to some of the old iconic episodes, but the new version is more of a modern take, so all the episodes are new rather than remade episodes of the same exact show. For instance -- from the new version -- there’s an episode about an up-and-coming comedian, and once his act starts to get good, whatever he talks about on stage that makes the audience laugh, disappears from his life. So, he tells a joke about his dog, goes home and asks his girlfriend where their dog is, and she’s like we never owned a dog. Boom, dog never existed. Definitely not trying to spoil anything if you give it a shot, but there’s a little taste. It’s lovely to meet you too, Nicole! Been getting into anything exciting lately?

And you sound like a man of good taste as well! The Twilight Zone is pretty much the OG conspiracy show, so if you like Black Mirror then you’ll definitely like this. There are so many more episodes too, so it’s almost like unlimited content. It would be my absolute honor to compile a list of a few of my favorite episodes for you, if you ever wanted to give it a shot. Mindhunter is so good, it’s the perfect mix of eeriness and sophistication. It makes you anxious because they’re trying to solve multiple murders, but it’s sophisticated in the way that it’s like we’re learning and adapting with the detectives on how to investigate these serial killers. Murder mystery is the shit! If I’m not actively watching anything, I always have Dateline on in the background. The next show on my list to watch is The Assassination of Gianni Versace. Tom, honestly you are a man that needs no introduction - I’m a massive fan.

Yes! It’s such a good show to binge, the episodes are only like twenty minutes long and there’s about forty episodes per season so  there is plenty to be watched. You can’t binge a show without all of those necessary details, without all the snacks and a cozy spot then you’re simply just watching, not binging. Big difference here. There’s also just something special and different about watching a show in black and white instead of color. Whenever I’m feeling out-of-sorts I’ll put on one of my favorite black and white movies because they portray worlds that are different than our own. I’m sure that I’m rambling at this point, but I just had this catharsis moment where I felt the need to let everyone know how awesome this damn show is! Oh wow, thank you so much - always love meeting passionate Star Wars fans. But really hearing that from you is just, like, next level for me because I’m such a huge fan of you, too, Brie!

So my favorite show of all time is The Twilight Zone, I have watched I don’t even know how many times, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I held the World Record for how many times someone has watched this show. For coming out in 1959 it was so far ahead of it’s time and it holds up so well today. I can only imagine how it made people’s minds explode back then, but I feel like it just gets better with age. Each time I go back to watch it again it seems so much better than the last time I watched it. I’ve heard people describe the show as an ‘original Black Mirror’ but I disagree, The Twilight Zone is in a lane of its own. And not to mention Rod Serling was A) a total babe, and B) paved the way for shows that are outside of what’s ‘normal.’ His mind was just so far ahead of everyone else’s for that time. Needless to say, I’m a huge Rod Serling fan. Anyways, so for my birthday a few days ago one of my friends gifted me the new Twilight Zone with Jordan Peele and I was surprised that I hadn’t gotten around to watching it already, but it’s so damn good! The DVD set comes with discs to watch it in color and in black and white, but honestly are you even watching The Twilight Zone if it’s not in black and white? Jodran Peele did such an amazing job keeping Rod’s legacy alive. So, hey I’m Daisy your local Twilight Zone representative.

I literally have been sleeping for days on end because there is nothing to do while Peaky isn’t filming. I am pretty sure I have been catching up on the past five seasons’ worth of sleep.  So someone wanna let me know what I missed? Any good gossip? Sleep is just the best though, isn’t it? I value my nap times, and just the power that naps hold in general. Feeling crappy? In a bad mood? Having a bad day? Take a nap! And once you wake up, nothing matters because you’ve just had a wonderful nap and you’re left feeling refreshed and relaxed. But when you lay down for a nap and you don’t wake up until the next day, then things get a little wonky and you don’t know what day it is, but at least you’re well rested. Nothing new and no juicy gossip on my end I’m afraid, but if you hear something good please pass it on to me. I’m a bit nosey so I need to know what the latest scoop is. Pleasure to meet you Paul, I’m Daisy! Ugh, I do the same thing! I got really really close with a lot of my cast mates on Star Wars, so since the last wrap I’ve been missing them like something fierce. Hmm... if you think you can handle the hair cut then I say to hell with it and do it! It’s just hair, it’ll always grow back. Plus, you Peaky boys have the best hair styles.
