Graey and Cael

Cael was brought to Graey as a gift/payment for his services. It took tremendous effort to capture him alive. Most would say it was a waste of time, manpower and resources. He's at most considered a feral beast, even amongst his own kind. He lacks any sort of emotions. When calm he's mostly apathetic, and any sort of physical pain just riles him up and gets him going. He seems to straight up enjoy the torture inflicted upon him.

Any sane person would just get rid of him, use the parts, whatever. Graey finds him fascinating. He doesn't even spare a thought to killing him off. This savage animal can be his guard dog if he manages to train him. Otherwise perfect experimental subject. He doesn't treat him like the rest of the slaves. He keeps Cael in a larger "enclosure", every once in a while throwing a creature in there for him to "play" with while taking notes. Once he manages to somewhat tame him, Cael may be allowed to wander it a bit, of courses loaded up with sedatives not to wreak havoc.

Cael's not stupid, he knows that if he sticks around he'll get whatever he needs. Besides he doesn't care about anything, has no place better to be. They sort of learn to work together. It's an odd balance between them with constant pushing of boundaries (breaking of bones even?). Neither of them know the concept of consent, but both enjoy themselves in their fucked up way.

I ended up making my life a bit easier and giving Graey some alternative backpiece. I'm too lazy to draw the arms every time. :| Cael is my partner's OC. I'd rather not elaborate what he is, cause I'm afraid I'd be stoned by the community. XD

Dr. Oliwer Grabowski He's a doctor, not necessarily the healing kind, he's a pathologist. He's in his late 50s. A gentleman, but aloof. A no bullshit kinda guy. Also a workaholic, who's main focus is trying to explain the unexplainable. He was a medic during the war, but I thnik it changed him for the worse. I think he'll be divorced (not sure if wife or husband). Curious how he'll get along with the rest of the party. FINALLY I get to RP an "old" man. We'll be playing Candela Obscura and Oliwer's my newest RP character. Pictures: my doodles of him, then I tried photobashing, last thing's a piece of his character sheet. I don't think I'll be drawing him much, cause there's no guarantee he'll survive the RP. :D We'll see whether I'll get attached.

I am terrible at keeping up with all my socials. :'D I posted these as I went on Bluesky, but completely forgot about Tumblr.

This was my most prolific year for art in as long as I can remember. I managed 35 attacks and 33 defences, and I'm really happy with how much I created. I'm already excited for next year!

That said, I think it's time to rest and recover for a bit. I definitely went on some sort of art binge this July and probably burned myself out a little.

Chaostwink! Malakai (Kai), my Rogue Trader OC He's not necessarily a heretic (in a chaos worshipping way), just a fckin gremlin. He's more like anti-imperium to a dangerous degree. Anything to oppose the system and piss off people. No fear, only resentment. I have a habit of never finishing rpgs or stopping right before the ending, so ofc I'm currently sitting in act 3 I think. Every couple of month I return to do a little bit of story, and maybe eventually sometime in the future I'll finish the game. X) Anyway, I feel like Kai was the first of my OCs "rehabilitated". XD He's a son of a RT ttrpg character of mine that I was planning to RP with my abusive ex 10+ years ago. I kinda wanna grab a few more OCs from that time and throw them in 40K. So many characters, so little time to draw.
