I'm literally so happy, I've lost 3kgs this week and my mom keeps telling me how she's worried about me and that I'm losing weight!!! I've been sick the past few days with covid so I'm really proud of myself that I've been able to properly restrict AND exercise <3

Mam ostatnio trochę taki mały kryzys z dietami, moja kontrola zanika, a czasu mam coraz mniej i muszę ją mieć, muszę schudnąć. Dlatego stworzyłam sobie dietę pod siebie, mam nadzieję, że pomoże mi w odchudzaniu 🦋 Czasowo obejmuje ona 3 tygodnie + 4 dni, zobaczymy jak mi to pójdzie. Zaczynam od poniedziałku!
