These pictures are very personal to me.

Let me start by saying that these are perspective pictures. These pictures come from deep in my soul and they represent the anxiety and depression I live with daily.

To outsiders, there’s always that arm, choking me, silencing me, pulling me down, but you don’t know who the arm belongs to.

To me, that’s my arm. I know who it belongs to.

That arm is the embodiment of my depression and anxiety.

It’s attached to me. I cannot get rid of it.

This is what it is like struggling with anxiety and depression.
