This is Bubbles. Everything makes Bubbles happy. Animals, plushies, toys, her sisters, water, air, the sun, the moon, stars, her underwater home, her business...It’s hard to find things that don’t make her happy, since a lot of the time even crime fighting makes her happy.

“This is amazing” Bubbles was holding back little squeaks of happiness as she put her hand on top of Corrin’s head and began to pet the dragon. The fascinated look in her eyes never faded even if the squeaks did start to escape. Bubbles was a little too happy over this.

Clubs were always a nice place to go to get business. However, the inner PowerPuff Girl within Bubbles refused to let her ignore the lone RoudyRuff Boy on the other side of the club.

Brick or Butch were probably around somewhere, but for now, she’d irritate Boomer.

Letting the loud music drown out her sneaky advances, Bubbles approached her opposite from behind and right as the beat dropped with the music, she reached out and put her hands over Boomer’s eyes.

“Guess Who!” She made sure Boomer’s head was nicely nestled between her boobs as she held her hands over his eyes.

She would in a heartbeat. She believes in supernatural stuff to an extreme. Ghosts, monsters in the closet, don’t step under a ladder or else you’ll get bad luck...

As for the wish, she’d probably wish for success or something involving her sisters. It would be very situational since her mind switches between things so quickly. Whatever her mind is on the second she sees the star is what the wish would be based on.

Money.. A lot of money– Her youngest sister did seem to be able to acquire a lot of it.. easily.. Maybe she could get her to help out with this.
