just learned that people don't really like Good Omens S3 ???
so this is a comment I made on another post but I thought I'd share my opinion here as well
"I mean when crowley chose Aziraphale over everything Aziraphale chose heaven and left Crowley for years . And the only reason he did come back was because he needed his help (even if he just needed and excuse to see him). And even after that Crowley still loved and cared about him enough for him to help Aziraphale again(also bc he got back his bentley). I aziraphale had asked crowley to be with him again at the moment It just wouldn't be the same. God said it herself, Aziraphale's love for Crowley is messy. On one hand he loves Crowley but he also loves Earth and all it's wonderful qualities.
In the end when both of them were planning the 'wish' it makes sense that he would choose the universe without heaven or hell. That's his dream , that's his life. The first time he chose Aziraphale over earth Aziraphale chose heaven but this time he chose the universe over them . Let's be honest if Crowley chose Aziraphale again Aziraphale wouldn't let that happen , He'd ask if sacrificing the universe is worth just two angels even if he did want those two angels to be together.
I think if in those final moments if Aziraphale asked Crowley he wanted them to be together he probably would've have dropped everything and asked for them to be together somehow but Crowley does love Earth as much as Azirphale does , maybe even more"
