It can be hard for some to open up. I, like many others may choose to hold it all in. And when you finally choose to be vocal, it catches those who least expect it, by surprise. It's nice to talk, don't let worry or doubt deter you, nor make you believe that you can't or shouldn't, when nothing is wrong with it. Bottling it all up...can hurt...and harm not only the body, but the mind.
Slow and steady progress is best.
Pondering too much over something that may not be worth stress nor strain, will never get you anywhere. It is not worth your health.

As a woman of culture, I'am reblogging because because I fcking called this notion out. I've been on board with it ever since SM2 introduced Brother Valtus, and read on how some who've been transferred to a Dreadnought chassis, sees it as an out of body experience. The lore is crucial.

Warhammer has absolutely ruined my sense of proportion. When I dug out this unfinished drawing from two years ago, I thought, throne, I made their heads too big😓
Please, I speak from the soul when I say don't blame yourself nor see it short. That goes for everyone. (Pls no don't think that their heads are too big, it's the armour making them look that way, but they even out honestly. It's perfectly balanced. 💙🫂)
But yes, I detest that aswell. I've learned that some authors kept changing the sizes nonsensically, furtherly adding more illogical misinformation/retcons that many have addressed, but I stand with the one that set the scaling of the Primarchs around 16ft. to 18+ ft.
If a Primaris Astartes is around 9 - 10ft., then there is no way a PRIMARCH (the Emperor too), is only that tall. They're too big for that.
Think about everyone in between under the Primarch's sizes (Terminators, Grey Knights, Custodes, others). What is needed to compensate, accomodate, and be customized for them just so it can be reliably wielded, are literally god-gargantuan primal craft and then-some, in comparison to what is made and is considered 'giant' for a First-born to Primaris.
And then consider those who have difficulties visualizing beings that big, tall, and buff in real life or some subjects in general, and/or drawing specific size proportions for an art piece, where they wish to aim for accuracy...only to be met with damaging lore re-writes that destroyed what was highly regarded by the fans collectively.
I see why people despise GamesWorkshop so much. That's just annoyingly inconsistent, and from what I've seen, horribly ironic on their end.
And I can't stress this enough: If Fulgrim can have unaltered, base-line human female harems and physically smash along with his gene-sons, then everyone else can. They're all genetically advanced, right? In a world like this, you're telling me that they can't have a physical way to be compatible when it comes to the size of their man-hoods..? Nah, someone is either scared, biased, or in denial.

But seriously, I've aways had this 'uncanny' nostalgic feeling whenever I see him, even before knowing anything about Warhammer except for afew art pieces. I recall seeing him in dreams, in-place of different abstract sculptures, or simply vibing among retro-future open worlds, sometimes in armour.
Plus some helmet designs, especially his, draws reminiscence from Bionicle for me. I can't un-hear the songs.
