SHAKE THAT TAIL BABY

As promised earlier this week, here’s a little something based on that gif I made from the XMA DVD extras.  I’m not good at animating nor do I have any training or animation software, but I hope it’s cute and silly enough for everyone to enjoy.

I forgot to add source in last post but edited it! Omg yes! I keep having all these in-world questions now like… Did brutes from the mutant fight club scout out Kurt’s circus for as long as it took to build a special box to contain him? Or did they capture him and scrap together a box on the fly? How long was he kept for? etc. etc. From a purely design pov I love looking at this sort of stuff and the more detail the better. (they gave him something for his feet to grab??? um… baby)

I keep thinking about it too, and I think they probably had boxes like that prepared in advance for the other mutants as well, not just Kurt.  And considering how the cage was electrified, it seems like they (and Stryker’s crew) had figured out that electrified fields interfere with most mutant superpowers.  Jean’s telepathy was also blocked when they were in Stryker’s helicopter.

I can’t help but wonder how long they held Kurt captive.  His fight against Angel was obviously his first, but I imagine they had abducted him at least a few days before that.
