Guys! So much has changed over the last year - I’ve been the uber busy.

I bought a house with my loving boyfriend. I started graduate school and am halfway through my master’s level program for music therapy. Life is beautiful, messy, fun, scary, weird and I’m happy to be back blogging again.

This is important

I treated myself to a subscription of Hello Fresh and I must say, I couldn’t be more pleased. It felt so good to be back in the kitchen cooking real meals with fresh ingredients after a year of rushing around with a way too busy schedule to maintain, eating fast food and putting on weight. My goal for 2019 is to make my mental and physical health a priority again. Cooking, exercise, enjoying my family and friends and putting me first. ❤️
