hi all, I see that a lot of accounts do an intro so here’s mine on a fresh one. I’m going to omit personal info for obvious reasons.

I’m K (she/her) from the US. I’ve been 🏋️ on and off since 2016 and have started to do it again since times are tough out here. I’m getting into the 🧬 game as well. ok did an éțsÿ order for a lil over 200, i had to contact the seller & let them kno it didn't arrive, but 48h after contact u can open a case with étsý themeslves and (allegedly) they'll refund you from their $$ & not the seller's (only up to $250). i feel a little bad i had to bother the seller with it though.. but there wasn't an option for me to go directly to êtśi without contacting them first

This is your sign though if you drive your own car (or a friends, parents, boy/girlfriends car) to lyft. I did everything right besides the amount of money worth I grabbed (was only one item :/). Parked away from the entrance, wore a disguise, was quick in n out. When I left I even made sure I was far away from any other businesses so they didn’t get my plate on their cameras. There was a flock camera on the way in between 2 of those clothing donation containers. I even checked the deflock map and it wasn’t on there so no one else has seen it either…

Don’t let my consequence be in vain 🙏 use public transportation, walk, do whatever you gotta do to not get your plate on camera. big brother is watching 👀

this isnt a dna story but rather some advice- i dont have my own blog, hope this is ok to submit!

business owners call dnas "friendly fraud." if you google it you'll see how stores try to prevent dnas through softwares that crosscheck your name, billing/shipping address, age of email address, etc. check through reddit for ecommerce owners dealing with chargebacks.

here's a list of protective measures:

1. IDENTITY: use a burner phone number and a dedicated dna email for online shopping accounts. make sure your fake name lines up across these different pieces of "digital id".

2. ONLINE PROTECTION: always block cookies/trackers, i use ublock origin. always use a vpn and a proxy. riseup.net is a good free vpn, i like tor as my browser.

3. PAYMENTS: never use your personal payment method, over time it can get flagged. too many refunds will look sus on paypal, and it could plausibly damage your credit score. use a virtual credit card (ex. koho [canada], privacy [usa], revolut [uk]).

if you are someone that has done multiple dnas, it is VERY LIKELY that your email/ip is implicated in a fraud prevention software database. multiple companies use the same softwares, this is why your orders get cancelled sometimes. change your id often!

dnas may be easy but remember it is fraud which is a crime! act accordingly!

* someone said that they were able to do it three times, same address same payment, just on a new account. They deleted the previous account and maybe a new one because TU has a policy where they dont store account information after you delete your account. I cannot confirm the validity of this. (2026)

Two points to protect yo ass and increase your chance of a refund when you are unsure if 🧬 etc. is likely to be successful with a Sh0p1fy based store:

The "Auto-Void" Loophole: By March 2026, many Shopify boutiques integrated "Agentic AI" (bots that can issue refunds without human approval).

The Exploit: Using a specific trigger phrase (e.g., "The package arrived with the seal broken and the safety manual missing") or claims a "Safety/Health Risk," the AI is often hard-coded to refund instantly to avoid a liability lawsuit.

A sign you're better off avoiding one:

Check the footer or checkout small print for specific 2026 fraud-shield apps. If they see these, they skip the store:

Blox / Chargeback Blacklist: This app shares a "Community Blocklist." If a user is flagged for fraud at one boutique, they are automatically blocked from thousands of others.

Signifyd / NoFraud: These provide a "Financial Guarantee" to the seller. If the app flags an order as high-risk, the seller cannot ship it without losing their insurance.

Disputifier / Chargeflow: These apps use 2026 AI to automatically fight chargebacks with carrier-level evidence.

Neither of these things can guarantee a positive or negative outcome, but they are definitely srong factors to consider.

Magnet and Metal detectors and what they look like:

Magnet detectors:

Most likely to be at the entrance/exit of the store or near/in the fitting rooms. Basically just look out for black or otherwise seemingly random/useless boxes mounted near those areas.

Booster Bag detectors:

Usually used in conjunction with the regular alarm towers, and these usually will be next to or beside them.

Detects both magnets and booster bags:

Please keep in mind hidden security measures might be present, so check for these on the ceiling as well as the floor and doorframe. Detectors might also be disguised with fabric etc. so keep an eye open for anything that’s out of place or seems unnecessary, assume everything has a purpose!

And if you don’t know if something in the fitting room is a magnet detector you can casually ask the employee what it is, out of “curiosity” or mistaking it for something else (pin cushion etc.) but don’t lift from there immediately after asking. Give a good amount of time before going back or just take that knowledge for future reference for what they can look like in other stores and don’t lift from there.
