Hi ! Indeed, I watched Sasameki Koto and I read the manga too. I don’t remember the part where Tomoe accidentally tells Ushio that Murasame has feelings for her is in the anime. There was only 13 episodes and the last episode closes when Murasame is in this festival and Ushio calls her over the phone. This moment matches the one in the manga, in volume 2, chapter 12 (if I have the right information …). The time when Tomoe reveals Murasame’s feeling toward Ushio happens in volume 6, chapter 32, as you can see there :

So, yeah, this moment is just in the manga not in the anime. But maybe I’m wrong idk perhaps I don’t have all the informations. If someone out there have another answer than mine, please don’t hesitate ;) I hope I answered your question anon, have a great day !
