Sigh. Goodbye old fixations, HELLO or rather WELCOME BACK the greek mythology and Epic: The Musical fixation.
I need to provide some context for these.
So, mythologically speaking, before the Odyssey Poseidon kinda was on the achaeans side (yes the dude kinda was on the same side with Ody in the war which makes later situations kinda very much worse)
And in the Iliad Poseidon shapeshifts (?) into a mortal to basically rally the troops. This one fact just sits in my memory for some time, then I see a certain short from a certain BarleyTheBurr twitch stream. Cue my brain making the connection.
The t-shirt makes this so much better too.
Oh, and also, a bonus which is a local joke that was born when me and my friends were yapping about Epic. Which would've been too long to explain, so I'm just gonna
