I wonder why Toby Fox had Hatsune Miku sing the Mew Pink song instead of Kasane Teto. Teto and Pink have similar colors, and similar hairstyles, and a similar aura of frustrated struggling musicians who don't quite fit in. Mew Pink is a Lightner/Darkner hybrid, Teto is a "chimera".

So your friend and the guy who famously hates him are having a conversation in your classroom. It's clear that they had a physical altercation the night before, but then the guy says "thanks for last night" and your friend acknowledges that the other guy took him home and fed him after... whatever "last night" means. Which is already, like. What???

Then the guy who, again, famously hates him, calls your friend by his first name. With a little smile on his face. You don't do that. None of his other friends do that. His caring upperclassmen don't do that.
