from C. Callahan (deleted) | thinking of detransition? you are not alone
what i don’t understand about trans women needing to be included in lesbianism is that like… if males are going to be in my sexuality, then what am i attracted to if not sex? it’s not femininity, since butch lesbians have existed forever and reducing women down to spinny skirts is misogynistic in nature. you are… attracted to someone saying “i’m a woman”? you’re attracted to the pronouns she/her? i don’t understand. that is literally not how attraction works
almost 5 years on this post and i never really got an answer except for vague notions of ‘sexuality is complex, trans women are women’
The whole point of gender roles, leftist or rightist, is to be vague. They never explain. Instead, they blindly believe in 'brain gender', which they know is just sexism and misogyny.

You people have no shame joking about epstein or diddy.
The irony of 'reject the binary, become non-binary' is always so funny bc, like, just say, 'reject the broad and infinite presentations of man or woman, subscribe so hard to stereotypes that you have to invent new categories when you aren't a walking caricature of either of those.'
Like do we not see how regressive it is to go, 'I, a woman (one of only 2 sexes) can't actually be a woman bc society said that only men can like short hair and trucks, I must be something new' instead of going 'nah, fuck you, women can be whatever the fuck a woman wants; all she has to be is an adult human female!'
Nowadays, acknowledging that males still have prostates, XY chromosomes and obvious sexual dimorphism feels too true to be said out loud.
girls at sephora
if you are upset about 12-year-old girls at sephora, please understand that this issue does not exist in a vacuum. these girls are deeply anxious about their appearance. girls feel this way for many reasons:
every woman on tv wears makeup
most women on social media wear makeup
most women in her life wear makeup
she is constantly hearing that "a woman's job is to look young forever"
the women in her life complain about wrinkles
the people in her life tell her she needs to be pretty
the people in her life tell her she needs to wear makeup
makeup is marketed towards women and girls people will act shocked that girls respond to these messages that are everywhere! and instead of telling girls that these beauty standards need to be rejected, they tell them that they're just "too young" for them, that their skin is already "perfect" and the products will damage it. but looking "young forever" is the goal; within the logic of beauty standards, it makes perfect sense to start young. what these girls need to hear is that they do not need to be beautiful. that beauty is not a purpose in life or an achievement or a hobby. if you want to help these girls' self esteem, you might consider abandoning makeup altogether. these companies are evil; the more insecure women and girls are, the more money they make. if every woman rejected beauty standards tomorrow, girls would be far more confident in accepting their natural faces. it is so depressing to see girls wasting their youth by obsessing over preserving it. we can help them by setting an example as confident, unbothered women.
"hot girls do this" "hot girls do that" you bore me. ugly and cold women rise
It’s hard to forget that men as a collective to this day still do “countdown to 18” for high profile female celebs. Like there is no equivalent on the same scale of grown women doing the same to males who are older teens approaching 18. But then turn around and blame the girls for making an OF, because they truly don’t view grooming and abuse as a catalyst leading these young girls to do OF. It’s usually the same males who think these women are just as much as a problem as the males fueling and paying for the demand.
If you see a video of a women with body hair and feel the need to comment "your so brave girl! I didnt even notice it" or start a debate about how body hair is natural. You are too enforcing the narrative that body hair on women is strange or unusual. The need to comment on it at all positive or negative still shows that you cannot be normal about it. Body hair should be viewed as neutral not something to be commented on.

When someone who descibes themselves as "queer" gets mad when you call them a freak. They dont know shit about its history.
We should only celebrate the actual pioneers Stormé DeLarverie, Leviathan, the Black butch women, and all the homosexuals who fought for our rights that TRAs have erased her and others to fit their agenda. Marsha P. Johnson was a gay man who never claimed to be a trans woman. The Stonewall uprising was started by homosexuals, not trans people, and Pride was always about that. In a world that says we’re wrong and always want to redefine our sexuality, lesbians have always been the only women who exclude men entirely from their sexuality and they always hated that. So Happy Pride Month to homosexuals and to my fellow lesbians.
