She sits on the couch, in front of you. Crossing her legs and folding her arms across her chest. Her expression was serious; with her lips pursed and her eyes, deadly.Â
âYong melon.â she started. âThereâs something that I need to talk to you about.â
Raising an eyebrow, Yonghwa leaned back and crossed his arms in front of his chest. Slightly tilting his head, he looked at Dara and couldnât quite tell if she was being serious, or not. Either way, he wouldnât be Yonghwa if he didnât at least give her a little bit of a hard time. âWhat, are you pregnant?â
I donât really want to become normal, average, standard. I want merely to gain in strength, in the courage to live out my life more fully, enjoy more, experience more. I want to develop even more original and more unconventional traits.

To me, the world isnât shaped as a map. All I see are the faces of my friends⌠I am an awful person, arenât I? Instead of the real world, all I care about are my friends. Thatâs because they are my whole world. Even if just one of my friends vanishes, to me, itâs the same thing as a part of the world being destroyed.
âOkay, but-â Yonghwa sighed and dropped his head to pinch the bridge of his nose. âJust because it is legal, does not always make it a good idea as well, you know..â

Stubborn head suffers a high price. Jungshin learned this the hard way even though he refused to admit it, even in his current messed up condition. The disagreement that had escalated was playing on repeat in his mind, so did the events that followed. A hint of regret threatened his conscience. Why did he provoke someone he knew was far more superior when it came to fast reflexes and strength? Something had triggered this daredevil side. Usually he was smarter than this..
The sound of approaching footsteps that echoed in the parking hall forced Jungshin to open his eyes. Running footsteps. Heâd arrived quickly. Jungshin was still holding the phone in his hand that was resting against the asphalt, his back against the wall. With a painful groan he pushed himself up from the ground and held his arm against the aching ribs, limping towards the approaching figure with determination. He could have taken it easy and waited for Yonghwa to find him yet once again he was too stubborn. He managed to limp few steps until he collapsed. He rolled over slowly to lie on his back, the dim lighting revealing his bruised face.
âDid you come here to apologize?â He joked and laughed weakly. If the two hadnât fought the way they did, Jungshin wouldnât have ended up on his rogue mission that nearly put an end to his rebel career for good. The spray paint can was still lying abandoned by the unfinished artwork that was probably painted on by the rival gang by now. The same gang that had put Jungshin in his current state.
The moment Yonghwa had gotten the call and had worked out what was going on - which really wasnât easy, given that Jungshin could hardly get out any coherent words at that point - he had left the apartment and hurried towards the parking garage.Â
Earlier, Jungshin had stormed out after they had a fight. A really stupid one too. For convenience sake they were roommates, but Yonghwa was a horrible roommate. So Jungshin had complained about him never doing the dishes - which was true - and for some dumb reason they had ended up fighting over everything. And now Jungshin had gone and gotten himself in some stupid trouble.Â
Once Yonghwa had arrived, he ran all over the place, trying to find his friend. It took him a while, but then he finally managed to find him; and, fucking hell, did he look horrible. Rushing over to him, even more so after he had collapsed back onto the floor,Â
Kneeling down next to him, he could only sigh at the state Jungshin was in. âyouâre a fucking idiot, you know that?â Shaking his head, he grabbed his arm and helped him get back up on his feet. âMe? Apologizing? Yeah, right. In your dreams, maybe,â Yonghwa snorted, while struggling to pull the much taller male back up. After probably half a minute - that felt more like several minutes - Jungshin was finally back up and Yonghwa wrapped his arm around his shoulder. âWhat the hell did you even do?âÂ
His eyes glanced around their surroundings and, of course, didnât miss his unfinished artwork. âYou know this place is their territory.. Coming here by yourself was a kamikaze mission. Youâre an even bigger idiot than I thought you were.â
Jungshin chuckled and side-eyed the singer. âYou better be sincere right now,â he eyed Yonghwa and pushed his shoulder. In a split second he switched back to the sweet act and smiled at the older guy. âDinnerâs ready. Go on and dig in. Make sure to eat a lot so that you can get plenty of energy for your future master chef trials.â
âOh, but I always am,â Yonghwa grinned and shrugged his shoulders, snickering quietly at that little push from his maknae. âAish, look at you going from bratty to sweet in 0.02seconds. How confusing.â Sighing heavily, Yonghwa finally grabbed something to eat and started walking back to the living room. âMy masterchef days are over now, you know. I can go back to leaving the cooking to the people that can actually cook.â
Itâs the month of love, but celebrities often do not have the luxury of publicly declaring their love for a significant other or taking them out to celebrate romantic holidays. Busy schedules often make it difficult to meet someone that they can form a relationship with, and even if a celebrity does manage to overcome this hurdle, the anger of fans and the general public often awaits them on the other side. This is one of the most well-known trade-offs of being in the public eye, but that doesnât make it any easier for those that are vilified for finding love, or even those that are too afraid to initiate a relationship.
Considering your muse, how do they feel about the pressure that they face when it comes to relationships and dating? Do they wish to find love, or have they already and faced the consequences for it? In your response, express how your muse feels towards the topic of dating and the stipulations that come along with it while being a public figure.
It was Valentine's Day today and his parents had agreed to take the twins for the night, so him and Chaerin could have a night to themselves. Any couple with a kid to look after would know exactly what thatâd mean.Â
Instead, Yonghwa was now looking down at Chaerin, who had her head in his lap and was sleeping. Not exactly what he had imagined the night to be like, but he couldnât help smiling anyway.Â
Only four years ago, Yonghwa wouldnât have thought any of this was possible. His and his bandmatesâ only focus had been on music. Of course romance had been on their minds now and then, but it had always been secondary to CNBLUE. And, simply put, there wouldnât have been time for it anyway. Schedules after schedules, concerts after concerts and travelling all over the place.. Love didnât fit in there.Â
That was, until he had met Chaerin. Okay, maybe met wasnât the right word; they had seen each other at shows before and had even briefly talked to each other, but it had never gone further than that. But after being thrown into a situation neither him, nor she had anticipated, they had started talking more and more and eventually, Yonghwa had to admit that he may have fallen for her. And somehow, things had just fallen into place from there. And to this day, Yonghwa still considered himself the luckiest person on earth.Â
Needless to say - it wasnât easy. Never had been. No matter how in love they were, hardships had still found them and all the secrecy and sneaking around didnât make it easier. It was frustrating and difficult. How can you hide something you want to scream off of the rooftops?
But somehow, they managed. Fortunately, they had a lot of support. His bandmates had helped a lot, so did Chaerinâs. Their managers had been in on it as well, though not after a thorough scolding and a lot of âbe carefulâs. Once their relationship had gotten really serious, Yonghwa had even gone to Yang Hyunsuk and asked for his blessing (as more of a gesture than anything else, really).
Then, September  in 2014, they got married. Their relationship still being secret, they had gotten married in Paris, since being out of the country was the only time they could really be together without having to be too worried of being found out.Â
Funnily enough, Yonghwa had never expected to get married this young. In his mind, he always figured heâd get married sometime in his thirties. But here he was,in his mid-twenties and now married to the love of his life.Â
But things got even more difficult when Chaerin went to LA for her US debut. Their main form of communication was over the phone or messenger. On a few occasions, whenever he could find big enough of a window in his schedule, Yonghwa would fly to LA and see her, but other than that..Â
So, tired of having to hide on the very few occasions they actually got to see each other, both him and Chaerin decided that, maybe, it was finally time to go public. After very long conversations with both their agencies, they came to the conclusion that coming out and saying âhey guys, guess what? Weâve been together for two years and, hah!, weâre even marriedâ wasnât exactly the most tactful way to initiate the whole thing. So they decided to come out through carefully planned scandals. Let the fans and knetizens think they figured it out themselves, and keep the âdamageâ minimal by doing so.
They did things like âaccidentallyâ uploading a picture of them on Chaerinâs instagram account, or anonymously sending a picture of them together at the airport to a tabloid. It was small breadcrumbs,  but it led to their agencies eventually confirming their relationship. And honestly, it felt like a huge weight being lifted off of both of their shoulders. Of course there was backlash and of course there was criticism, but it was a small sacrifice.
In the end, the past 3 1/2 years had been.. adventurous, to say the least. It had itâs ups and downs, it had rough times and maybe there had even been moments of doubt of if he was strong enough to pull through with it. But in the end he always knew that, as much as he loved CNBLUE, being without her wasnât an option. And he knew, as long as he was with her, he could take on the world, if he had to.Â
Chanmi returned the stare, if anyone were to see them it would look as if they were having a staring contest even though that wasnât the case. It was true, Chanmi did believe in the paranormal but most of the time she remained ignorant to it. She believed there were ghosts but she would never actively seek ghosts or do Ouija boards or anything to that extent, the most she would do is go to a haunted house, though probably not with Jimin or Mina again. âTch, oppa theyâre ghosts, they canât really do anything, theyâre just lost souls~,â she laughs softly, shaking her head. âItâs the demons you wanna be scared of! Theyâre the ones who can possess and do the real damage!â
âBut..â thinking about her words for a moment, Yonghwa took a few moments to continue on speaking. âI always thought there was something like good and bad spirits, or ghosts.. Though I guess the demon thing makes sense too..â more talking to himself than anyone else, eh then finally cleared his throat and chuckled semi-nervously. âLetâs just settle on âthere was absolutely nothing and you just imagined somethingâ. Because I really donât feel like being possessed by a demon. Not today. Well, actually.. Not ever. Who knows if that demon can sing. Just imagine.. CNBlue losing their main vocal to a demon. Aish, how dramatic.â
Jungshin pretended to be shocked at Yonghwaâs obsolent threat. âAfter everything your favorite and lovable maknae has done for you? You better not replace me with another sweet maknae anytime soon. Iâll serve them poisoned miso soup,â he raised his voice and acted overly dramatical. âGet yourself a plate, dearie. Dinnerâs almost done,â he sulked with a poker face.
Watching sulking Jungshin only made Yonghwa raise an eyebrow. âYah, I said I wouldnât replace you. Stop being so dramatic.â Now chuckling, Yonghwa jumped off of the counter and reached around Jungshin to get a plate. At the same time, he patted the otherâs shoulder in a calming manner. âYouâll forever be my favourite maknae.âÂ
A roll of her eyes takes place, but sheâs managing to laugh anyway, all too aware of his traits and how over the top the male could typically be. She first met him when she was still a teenager, and while she matured and tried to appear more docile in front of others, he still seemed attached to his childish behavior; after all itâs what made him stand out so prominently in a crowd.
Slowly taking a step in front of him with her hands folded behind her back, her expression remained amused yet she played along with the older in a intentional tease. âAh, oppa youâre right. It does look pretty bad. Shall I call a doctor in? Maybe he can put some stitches in for you. How does goes under anesthesia sound to you? I hope you arenât too terrified of those things! You seem like the type that would.â
Partly surprised at Suji playing along and partly amused by it, Yonghwa had to pull himself together not to accidentally burst out laughing. Instead, he crossed his arms in front of his chest and pouted dramatically.Â
But when she said he seemed like the type to be afraid of stitches and doctors and anesthesia, he dropped his arms and gasped instead. âMe? Afraid? I have no idea what youâre talking about. Jung Yonghwa isnât afraid of anything.â Standing back up again, he took another look in the mirror and cleared his throat. âBut I think no doctor is needed. I, uh.. I think a band-aid might do.â
â how is that not hilarious? â ( welcome to adn! )
Still rubbing the top of his head, Yonghwa glanced - or more like glared - up at Seolhyun. âWhatâs so hilarious about me hitting my head, because of you scaring the shit out of me?â
âI got⌠Oh, look at that, one line.â // welcome to kline!
Gazing over the otherâs shoulder, Yonghwa clicked his tongue and scratched the back of his head. âWell, I suppose itâs better than nothing. But one line really sucks. I mean.. Maybe you can talk to them and get a few more lines out of it.â
âWell..â Clearing his throat, he shrugged his shoulders and instead pointed at the guitar strap. âThatâs what they are for. They distribute the weight evenly and make holding up a guitar a breeze. You barely feel the weight at all.â Nodding, Yonghwa picked up the guitar and wrapped the strap around his shoulders. âSee? As easy as can be.â
