If you are being harassed on Omegle: get off Omegle. If you are being harassed on tumblr: turn anon off. If you need someone to talk to, there are dozens of people willing to help, myself included. Ignore anyone who says anything unkind. If they're ignored, they're only talking to themselves. I know the internet is a safe place for many of us, but, if it's causing you distress, step away from it for a little bit. Mostly, remember that you're amazing and loved, and the world is better for having you in it.
