I’ve noticed recently that Taylor will says she’s in a “healthy place” rather than “I’m happy” and I think that’s a critical distinction worth pointing out. Describing ones mindset as being in a healthy place allows for us to have good days and bad days, both happiness and sadness. Which is what real life is like. I really love that she’s made that distinction lately, and it gives me a good cue to take for myself.
