Fruits and veggies that contain loads of water help our diet, fight thurst, hunger, spend vitamins and keep our blood sugar on a good and healthy level! This week MELONS are my highlight! Enjoy them purely, frozen as ice cubes in water (with a drop of lemon), in natural yoghurt in the mornings or as a snack-with or without oats, nuts, flakes (as you prefer it), as smoothie with water and -if you like the taste - cocunut milk.
