my dad just talks about oh I can’t go up the mountains because it’s not safe- motherfucker Im not camping with a damn tent its an outdoor school?? anyways then he started saying that my mom COULDNT live if something happened to me. THAT DOESNT FUCKING MAKE ANYTHING BETTER. THATS JUST GUILT TRIPPING.

the same thing happened when I confessed to my mom about how I can’t sleep, I hallucinate, I care so much abt people’s opinions etc etc then she just starts breaking down crying and screaming at me why do you that?? Stop!! then my dad kept talking to me for hours of how bad my mom would feel if I didn’t “just” stop. My sister said I was too young to even feel that way and uh just fucking told me Im being dramatic. what the fuck right 🥹 so I just cried for like four hours last night and didn’t get an ounce of sleep right?

I show up at school and my eyes were like as fuck and uhm I couldn’t open them as much as i can normally- so my eyes look like grains of rice. I got asked why they looked like that by my classmates like four times- I just told them I had a hard time sleeping because if I told them I fucking cried until I balled my eyes out I would look like this
